Here is a list of the video categories, how many times a week you should do them. Then I will post a listing of all the Video's:
Video Categories :
Using the following three categories you can create an effective rotation using just the FIRM videos you have! All FIRM videos fall into one of three categories: Cardio+Sculpt (C+S), Cardio (C), and Sculpt (S).
For maximum results, complete two to three Cardio+Sculpt videos and one to two Cardio videos each week. Supplement your workouts with one to two Sculpt videos, for a total of no less than 3 workouts per week, and no more than 6 workouts per week. Select the workouts that best represent your fitness needs!
Cardio+Sculpt:
For maximum body shaping and fat loss in the shortest time possible, MOST of your workouts should be from this categoryfor beginners to advanced exercisers.
Cardio:
A Cardio fans dream-come-true, these workouts, (mostly cardio, some weight work), build endurance, burn extra calories, and chase away the blues whenever you want varietyand just want to move!
Sculpt:
For total-body muscle sculpting or targeting problem areas, these workouts (mostly weight training) restore youthful muscle shapeand reduce fat by increasing your metabolic rate!
