- Test Track reopens late summer 2025, back to being sponsored by GM
- Zootopia AK show debuts winter 2025 (i.e. possibly late next year)
- SSE lounge opens late spring 2025
- Pirates Tavern opens late 2025
- MK night parade debuts summer 2025
- Dinosaur will remain open for ALL of 2025, closing at some point in 2026

I think that's it? And as I'm finishing this up I see that they posted this to the parks blog so here are the full details.

I wish Iger would leave next year instead of 2026, so two of these (Dinosaur replacement and Zootopia AK show) can get scrapped by the next CEO immediately after he takes office.

I'm most excited for the parade but of course, by the time it opens we will have moved outside of the US

I guess the Tokyo Disney night parade will have to help me dry my tears until we return.

You'll be spoiled, Tokyo Disneyland currently holds 3 different parades per day!

I hate to rain on the hype parade here, but I have a feeling this is going to be a big flop after all the controversy it has been through. Hopefully, it will put an end to the live-action Disney remakes and result in Bob Iger exiting sooner than planned.

I heard Peter Dinklage didn't want them to use real people with dwarfism, but not sure if that's true. I also don't like the way they look

I can't remember if it was that he didn't want them to, or he was mad that they weren't, but he definitely had a problem with the dwarves. Either way, these dwarves don't look pretty bad.

But I kind of like them making Snow White less of a passive heroine, but not going completely out of character and making her warrior-like. And I LOVE the design of the Evil Queen.

She just doesn't seem like a nice person in real life based on all the comments I have read about her and things she has said, and those CGI dwarfs look terrible. That probably wouldn't make me not at least check it out though when it hits Disney plus

Then again, when was the last time they made a real life disney remake was really good? Mustafa trailer looks worse with the CGI

He made some people who could have gotten jobs angry and I don't blame them. I mean, he's voicing a talking GOAT in the Wicked movie so who is he to complain about little people playing dwarfs in a fairy tale?

I think my biggest issue with many of the live action remakes is...Once Upon a Time did a lot of these stories SO much better.

The writers really had fun with giving each story a new twist. Was it overdramatic and a little cheesy at times? Absolutely. But it also had some very clever storytelling.

I remember being very disappointed when Frozen 2 came out and they broke completely from the (rather brilliant!) backstory Anna and Elsa's family was given in Once Upon a Time.

Dinosaur being open all of 2025 and closing at " some point " in 2026 is funny. We'll be lucky if that new land area opens by 2030

It was already announced the opening of TA would also be phased so I’m thinking barring any major delays
Dino closes early 2026
carousel and possibly retail/dining locations open fall/winter 2026
Encanto/Indy open tbd 2027/early 2028 at latest

It's giving me polar express vibes. Pairing that with live action was a choice, not a good choice mind you, but definitely a choice.

Cinderella wasn't bad but it was painfully dull. Jungle Book also wasn't that bad but meh could take it or leave it. The rest of them range from bad to garbage.

The best ones are the ones that really take the story in a different direction rather than beeing a shot-for-shot remake. They are also the ones that make the least money, so, you know, audiences want what they want.

Eh, I disagree. The trailer looks horrible from a CGI/technical standpoint. I'm not sure which looks worse: this or Mufasa. The jury is still out on that one.

Perhaps thats one thing to consider for adaptations. Are whatever originals in themselves what we consider today to be a good movie. That is kinda blasphemy when talking about 'Disney classics' that can do no wrong. Given the choice, Tangled is a better movie than Snow White.
