I have seen a lot of cars with the little Disney family on the back of them. It is time to replace little set of flip flops with something else, and as we are making the trip in FIVE DAYS i thought we should pick one up while we are in the park.

:confused3Anyone know WHERE I can find one, also how much they run?:confused3

We have 5 DD, and one DP (dear puppy), along with DW and I

Pretty sure I have seen them at the World of Disney store in DTD and the Emporium. They are usually with the other car stuff, like license plate frames and such. Have a great trip!

I have seen then at the little outdoor kiosk right by Autopia, at Disney Emporium, and at World of Disney. They also sell them online at the Disney Store website...

We got ours at World of Disney. Vader with a Churro for me, Leia for the wife and two kitty's with mouse ears for our pets. Though we haven't put them on my car yet lol. And now we need a third for our new little furbaby.

They're all over the place, we just got our second set since we traded in our old car. We go them in Elias & Co on Buena Vista Street.

You'll find them in many of the larger merchandise locations in the parks, DTD and the hotels. You shouldn't have to search too hard.

Can't seem to find a decal for Tink on DS.com.
Any suggestions? TIA :)

We bought ours at the outside kiosk on the City Hall side of the street, near the front gates. They have a lot of car things there (license plate frames, etc). For those mentioning they don't last long, we put ours on backwards, on the inside of the car window. Then it's not nearly as exposed to the elements! And make sure to wash the window with rubbing alcohol first!

Doh! I will do that next time for sure; thanks!
We have the NBC family, with the "My Family is a Nightmare" cut off, because they're not! :rotfl2: My kids made me save the extra kid and Zero, just in case we get another kid or a dog some day.
Got it at Tower of Terror exit shop. I'll pick up another one next trip as we're looking a little worn because I didn't know the inside window trick!

Sadly these decals don't last long... I got about 2 years out of mine.

Mine are going now. Got 3 years out of them here in AZ.....longer than I expected them to last. I have a back up set ready to go on.
Lasted longer than the plastic license frame. That lasted 1 year and then faded and warped...........just too hot here.

The inside mount is a great idea unless you have tinted windows. I know a bit about decals like this and you really should follow this advice to clean the window really well with alcohol first and make sure any residue is removed from that cleaning before application.

Also, if people are only getting 2-3 years out of an unprinted decal, then Disney is using some very cheap vinyl which is very disappointing. For the size of these things, using a premium cast vinyl rated for 7-10 years would add maybe 5-10 cents to their cost.

Ebay has great quality decals. Our have lasted years...

This I believe. Most independent shops doing cut vinyl would use at least an intermediate vinyl that is rated for around 5 years for a vehicle application.

However, when you buy from these vendors you are probably not buying from someone authorized to use the logos they are selling unless they are generic designs (non-Disney).

I got 6 months...it's still hanging on, but next time I put one on, I will put it on the inside...I am just wondering how visible it will be since my windows are tinted. And for the record, I spent about 10 minutes cleaning it (with alcohol) before applying it.

I've had excellent luck with all vinyl I've installed on my car, but I don't use alcohol, I use Windex before applying.

We have had our decals on for 5 years and counting and they still look great they are in the inside though. We got ours in 2 places and they were still selling them as of last year. They were at World of Disney in DTD and Mickey In Paradise which is the shop inside of Paradise Pier Hotel.
