I am considering getting a three park Preferred Pass, but before I do, can anyone tell me how all of the Universal parks are for guests with a bit of extra weight. I am about 6’1” and around 250-265 lb, so not terrible considering I was over 300 just a few months back(turns out I had diabetes and my illness over the summer was issues with blood sugar, hence the weight loss). I am still working on my weight for my health and work, but for the time being am a bit larger, so I want to be sure I can ride the rides I want to before I drop $300 for a down payment. Getting to Florida for day trips is cheap and easy for me, only being a two hour flight, so I would get enough use to warrant a pass otherwise.

I am not sure I can link it here, orlando informer has a blog post from Dec 31, 2020 called 'rides at Universal for larger guests' that is fairly detailed. Since you mentioned 3 parks, I know there are some weight restrictions at Volcano Bay but at less than 275 I think the only one that might restrict you is the mat racers which is like 150 limit?

I have just a couple weeks to decide. I have three spare days this trip, including arrival day. I was looking at the two day 3 park park to park flexible tickets and they were over $300 at that point, so the price is justifiable if I can actually enjoy the parks. I have heard Volcano Bay routinely adjusts weight limits, though.

Check Theme Park Express on YouTube and search his channel for 'weight'. He has a lot of videos about fitting on rides.

There are a few others that have similar videos. Search YouTube for things like "Universal Size" or "Universal weight"

I am just about the same size as you (6'0, 260ish) and I fit on most everything at Universal. On some rides the modified seating works but the regular seating does not (Mummy, Gringotts). I find that if I have nothing in my pockets, it's no problem.

Thanks. This is a concern. Do they have places to stash my bag(I have to carry a few essentials due to medical reasons, nothing that prevents me from riding though)?

For most of the rides that have a fair amount of motion (coasters, Forbidden Journey, etc), there are mandatory lockers that you must store bags in (the small ones are free), and you must pass through metal detectors before boarding Velocicoaster, Rip Ride Rock-it, and Hulk, to prove that you have nothing in your pockets other than your park ticket.
