I have never received any emails from Disney except for my first contract I have not gotten any "your contract has been finalized" emails, even if it was a different resort or new use year,

Mine is taking FOREVER to load into my account! Closed back on 3/10, Deed on 3/12... 22 days and still waiting. Same use year and everything. Grrrrr.

My 2nd resale contract is in the exact same boat. I can only assume some of this is related to batch jobs that only run every other week or monthly, and they probably have different batch jobs for each registrar of deeds. And maybe some of this even requires manual data pulls done by an analyst that's on vacation.

The international seller (Canada at least not overseas) didn’t send the docs right away, then they didn’t do them correctly and had to redo them - almost 4 weeks wasted! Of course I’m waiting to book at VGF!
