Dining reservations for all restaurants start at 6 am PST.

You actually don’t have to have park reservations to make dining reservations (I’m sure you know but maybe not since you asked?)

Yes I know, but in the other thread, a couple of people said they were being lax about planning. If they aren't paying much attention to the differences between WDW and DLR, they might not realize that they need park reservations for the California parks.
