100% what they should have done to the CR rooms for the 50th renovation instead of the Incredibles. You DVC folks got the better end of this one for sure.

One detail I’m just noticing - they’ve added more towel bars, and they’re longer! So you actually have place to hang used towels to let them dry, and you don’t have to wash them or ask for fresh ones so often.

Thank you for posting so many photos of both the studio and 1BR. Another question regarding the studio bathroom. Was there storage underneath the bathroom sink?

No. The ottoman is half a tray table, but that’s it.

No. Only storage is the slim shelves on the side of the sink.

It looks like only one person can eat at a time in the studio portion when sitting on the stool at what looks like a vanity table. And still no sheers on the studio side. The afternoon sun on the Theme Park side is murder in the studios. You either sit in the dark or get baked by the afternoon sun.

It’s odd about the sheers - they are in the one bedroom, both bedroom and living room, it not studio. Maybe they forgot to install?

Eating - I agree. You can drag the balcony furniture in I guess… but nowhere to eat other than that.

I love all the artwork! I think it looks great. Will definitely try to stay there again soon if available. I do wish they had more storage in the living area, we loved the dresser under the tv and sleeper chair combo in the old one bedrooms. Seems like they could have put a big set of drawers between the kitchen and bed. I feel like my kids just live out of suitcase with no drawers.

I wish we had enough points to do two bedrooms but only have enough for 1 bedrooms. Will have to start stalking BLT resale contracts once DD finishes college.

I will be in a BLT one bedroom on 01/22. Hopefully get one of the refurbs.

I love this as a huge MSEP fan. They nailed the artwork on this refurb to capture the biggest draw of BLT which is of course Magic Kingdom. I also love the Space Mountain and Tron artwork on the murphy. Can't wait to use more of my resale points here at 7 months especially with the bargain BLT provides over Poly and VGF on the point charts. Anybody who bought BLT as SAP+ points should be feeling pretty good right about now.

I only hope they do as good of a job with the AKV refurb because those value 1BRs have my name written on them post refurb

I love it! Super happy I bought into BLT earlier this year. We intended for them to be SAP points (and are using them as such this year given the construction) but will definitely be booking our 2026 trip at BLT to check out the new rooms. I love all the color in the room and the tributes to MK.

I like most of it. Wouldn't have minded them keeping the same artwork in the bedrooms or at least having some (maybe not arrived yet) and I'm very sad to see they followed the new norm of removing the table from the studio. Grrrrr So close to be really good and staying close to the original.

edit - seeing the video I now see they do have artwork in the bedrooms. Just think it's lacking over the beds compared to previously.
