Managed to catch the back end of the BA Sale early October - wanted 4 x Adults London -MCO for Sep 25 when we have a week in RPR followed by a Port Canaveral Cruise. Saw a price (Flight Only) for £532 pp (1 x piece of 23Kg luggage). So I jumped in and bought them - prices went up by £120 pp the next day so I'm fairly happy with those prices.

Anyone else snagged any decent prices for next year?

Well it’s a long story but we went down the collection of Airmiles with Virgin, we have the Virgin Atlantic Reward+ credit card so you earn points as you buy stuff and if you spend £10k you get a companion voucher so one person does not pay points on the booking

Anyway….we paid £535 each for Premium Economy (2x32kg?!) flying 9th-23rd Aug EDI-MCO
We also had to use 65k air miles but that was covered by sign up bonuses and spend. The card was £160 fee too so need to factor that in

There are some big changes happening to Virgin on 30th Oct where every plane seat will be made available for airmile bookings but they are moving to dynamic pricing so school holidays may be way over 65k in future but for you dates like Sep may well be cheaper, might not be for you but take a look, obviously BA similarly has Avios

For info Economy class was 45k and £260pp

That is a great Result!

Trying to get my son a flight for the same period and cant get under £700 atm.... anyone know when the next BA/Virgin sales are on?

Those are great prices!
I'm moving back to Italy, so the time for direct flights to Orlando is over for me 😭. For indirect flights, is it better to wait? How far in advance deals come up? Currently prices are not that good.
