Historically it’s the first weekend in November. When it was a night race it was in mid-October, but for at least the last decade the half usually coincides with the end of daylights savings, which this year will be November 3rd and next year November 2nd.

Hard to say with Halloween falling on the Friday. They might do it Oct 31-Nov 2, or they might do it Nov 7-9. We got the 24/25 season announcement in October 2023, so hopefully runDisney will follow that pattern to give you as much lead time as possible.

Looks like it was the weekend of November 7th the last time Halloween was on a Friday (2014).

Thanks for all of those estimates. All good points. With the 31st on a Friday that’s what is throwing me off. I guess I just need to be patient.so hard!!

We are planning to book and attend Wine & Dine marathon weekend in 2025. I am assuming since its the same for Marathon weekend in January, when do we need to book/buy tickets for W&D? As soon as they go live?

This year, all races sold out same day, you'll want to be online to register as soon as the links go live. Below are the specific sellout times:

I would assume 7th-9th unless tptb decides to do a Halloween/Villain theme (with possibly a special c2c for doing DL Halloween + Wine & Dine) and have it be Oct 30-Nov 2

I am also thinking the 7-9 just to stay away from Halloween weekend. I also need to book DVC so need to know by mid November.

Last year they announced the race and registration dates for the following "season" on October 30. That's our only basis for a guess for when it'll happen this year.

Wine & Dine is considered the start of the rD "season", so they usually release the following year's schedule (including registration dates) right around that time -- Halloween weekend.

Fingers crossed it's the second weekend of November next year. I can't make it if Halloween is that weekend, but plan on registering if it's the following weekend.

I’m just thankful the dates aren’t over Halloween again! Our youngest will be a senior, and we’re trying not to miss any important dates with her these last couple years (which is why we skipped this year)!
