I have used a TA for my recent Disney trip and just booked a cruise with one. Not sure if my expectations are off but I'm not having the best experience. (I didn't use DU). Might just make my own in the future I'd get the same results I feel.

I'm surprised Olaf didn't sign. While I was at Disneyland for a quick trip last year I got his signature and a picture. Maybe it was a new change which stinks, but like you said a sticker or something would have been nice.

On our last trip in 2014 I had the characters sign a pillow case so the kids could keep it on their bed. I'm hoping to add to the pillow cases this year. It would stink if they go to pre-signed cards.

No local parks where I live, but he has been to Disney a few times before. It's not completely new to him. Like I said he really surprised me on our last trip and tried things with his sister I didn't think he would and he had a good time. I think everyone's suggestion to take breaks is good...
