Bill, for the ownership of the 2nd home resort, do you recommend getting the same UY as your 1st resort? Maybe that answer lies within the time of year you want to stay at that 2nd resort?

Your 25 points x $145 + $104 closing adds up to about $3729. And then add in your dues $5.8564 x 25 = $146.41 Total would be about $3875 Now if you don't get your points until 1/17 or after, the price goes up from $145 to $151 per point. You would need to add $6 per point $6 x 25 points...
