I picked up one of that wine yesterday - the item # shows on my receipt same item # as the coupon. AM posted already. I really like this wine so will pick up some tomorrow with my husband to use his card!

My lasagna from metro Belleville was piping hot and delicious. I would order it again in a heartbeat. My family loved it. Sorry your lasagna was so bad. Metro should make it right for you.

What??! That's crazy! Mine was ready at 5 PM (my asked for pick-up time) and very hot. I just slipped it into the oven to keep warm while I got the salad ready and set the table.

Oh no....I wonder if each location is different...I guess I will call before placing my order because I was hoping to just pick it up on my way home from work...not looking to cook for another 50 minutes after I get home...

I would definitely go with a cold platter--I just tried the Lasagna and it was not something I'd buy again,,hardly any meat at all.

Yes, I agree. The lasagna was not tasty. It's ok. It had an after-taste I couldn't describe. We have a friend and his son over and he said it had a smoky flavour and liked it. Did anyone else get charged 13% tax? I was not expecting that. I guess because it came from the catering menu.

My receipt does not say anything about STB but it does say "bonus offer 50 air miles" so I believe the coupon was added correctly.

So originally my Dad and Uncle were coming over for dinner. I found out 15 minutes before picking up the lasagna that both of them were bailing on me. (sigh). So I called a friend last minute and they came over.

Same for me. Bought the chardonnay yesterday and the bonus miles posted today. I also printed the coupon just in case.

Mine actually came in a plastic dish with a film over it,,(like a TV dinner) and it was sitting inside a metal tin foil container,,I guess different Metro stores do things differently.
I'm glad yours was better than mine.

Were you charged the price from the website or was it different. Trying to decide if it will be worth it to try something else. We got the Lindt milk chocolate cake and it was delicious.

My son really wanted me to make one from scratch so he was a little disappointed but I told him it was Shop the Block week so he was lucky he got dinner at all.

That last comment had me laughing out loud! Yes, I'm curious about other people's receipts. Mine did not say anything about STB but did note it was a bonus offer of 50 miles.

Thank you! I just phoned Metro (Bowmanville) and was asked to come back tomorrow because they don't have the full-time staff who will know how to correct it for me. When I check the printed tag given to the Cashier on my order form, they printed out a deli hot food tag instead of catering.

Did your receipt show the 50AM. Mine just says swiss choco truffle cake no mention of catering or F2 at all. I figured it must have registered it correctly somehow or the 50AM wouldn't have shown. I've kept the email from the online order I made in case AM doesn't honour it. It would be so much simpler if they just put the code on the receipt and we would know it's done.

I realized yesterday that on Dec 6 we should go downtown to the Sobeys Urban Fresh, I will get a gift card on my account, husband will get one on his, and then we will use those the day after for our Sobeys spend $100 get 100AM

It's going to be easier than I thought to get either 5 or 7 coupons done. Just using what we need anyways. Need gas. Need food. Just be creative about it. LOL

So can you use the gift cards from Sobeys Urban Fresh at a regular Sobeys? I am thinking of taking a trip into city to get them but only if I can use them at our hometown regular Sobeys

Yes, it does show the 50 AM. But I don't know if that's enough. My order was not done online so I don't have a back-up proof that way. The coupon said online or phone and I had phoned them to ask if the lasagna would be hot or would I need to cook it at home. They took my order over the phone after that.

Yes this is what i do all the time because the gift card from Urban Fresh is usually for a smaller amount and since we don't shop there much it's easier to convince myself I'm not overspending just for the miles!!
