Evening chaps. Drawing to the end of the landscape project. Now on lighting, final coats of paint and the AV stuff. And the small matter of 15 cubic meters of stone pebbles turning up on Weds morning that I have to move by hand. Hey Ho, it's getting me in shape.

And I saw that Whispering Canyon Cafe is no longer doing the shenanigans with guests, apparently. We were going to eat there on our first night of our trip this summer, because I thought my 4-year-old would have fun with it. But without the fun, the food isn't good enough to warrant a special trip. So I guess we'll be changing our plans. Hate to see the fun stuff go.

Saw that too. Kids had fun there. Too bad.

I think that's true of any of these places. 50's Prime Time also depends on the CM. But we've generally had good luck with both.

Woke up at 4:30. It was cold this morning (6C/43F) but decided to take the bike anyway since the forecast is calling for a nice day later. Froze on the way to work, but hey, a quick workout and shower beforehand and I'm good to go. Do all that... pop into the office and...

"What are you doing here? It's your day off."

Oh yeah... guess I did take today off. Great.

On the plus side, I rode back home and it was still just as cold. So there's that.

DW's car was overheating yesterday, when I got home to check on it, apparently the last time we had the oil changed they didn't replace the coolant reservoir cap. Guess we got lucky it wasn't worse.
