Universal Hollywood VIP Entry

Thanks for all this useful info!

Random question - was just thinking that on rides like Revenge of the Mummy, in Orlando lockers are usually free for a short amount of time as you have to store your things before going on certain rides. Is this the same in Hollywood?

Yes, the same basic policy, lockers with a time limit matching queue waits for free, with a surcharge if you leave it for longer than that. People have been caught, so keep a few dollars or a credit card just in case.

But if the VIP host is with you, they will hold your items during the ride, so you don't really need them.

We was on the tour last week and our guide DJ held our bags, so there was no need for lockers.
It was a great day by the way :yay:

OK, as one who has done this multiple times, the last was in April after Harry Potter opened.

Get the earliest time as possible.
Why is this? We will be there the Monday before Thanksgiving. With early admission, we can enter at 8:00. My kids want to go through the queue at HP, so I opted for the 9:45 tour to allow for us to check in, have a quick bite, go to HP and get back for our tour. The other option was 9:15. We were told we can use our FOTL access before our tour. True?

The basic procedure is head to the Valet parking (easiest access is to take the I-5 to the 101 north to the Lankershim Blvd exit, make the right, and then another right at the large sign and go up the hill to the Frankenstein Parking Structure and Valet Parking Entrance. (That is one off-ramp past the main Universal Studios one). Thank you!!!

But the host will tell you specific times to meet up with them at specific shows for special backstage access. The park knows that not everyone wants to do every ride for multiple reasons. So you can opt to use the host more or be more free. (Remember that the Host has to get their won breaks for meals, breaks, etc. and is designed to allow that to happen).
Are the shows during our 6-8 hour tour or can they be after everyone splits up?

Your VIP Pass will allow you Front of the Line (also known as Gate "A") for every attraction,
For the rides that require you use lockers, are they easy to access from Gate A?
and reserved seating for the shows (if there at least 10 minutes prior to start). And unlike the cheaper Front of the Line passes, unlimited trips on attractions, in fact, you could go back to Wizardly World and ride those attractions again.

Hope that helps.
