Are we ready yet?

A quick update for all you tasters out there. Lot's going on this week.

Update - DCL has approved a limited amount of "taste" sharing. This allows couples to share one set of drinks vs. a set of their own. The good news is by allowing us this, we can increase the number of people who can attend, but we cannot go over the 50 tasting limit. Because of this I have been able to add a few people from the waitlist who would not otherwise have been able to attend. Sadly, this didn't go very far down the waitlist so I again apologize for the limitations.

Another option is the get together TXYankee posted about at Signals Bar. That is suppose to start at 4PM and go till about 6pm. It's a cash bar. I know I'll be heading over there right after we finish at Cadillac Lounge. Why stop a good thing I alway say!

The full list of attendees is almost finalized and I'll be posting soon. If you been added I have already contacted you.

Also of note are the cocktails we will be enjoying.

These are the cocktails that have been submitted to DCL for pricing. If you remember, I indicated because this was a custom menu, the price may not still be the $15 per tasting price. It probably will be higher. Anyway, here are the drinks.

1) Rude Cosmo
2) Tropical Depression - 2nd in voting
3) Candy Cane Martini - 1st in voting
4) Coco Cadillac - 3rd in voting
5) Whippletini - equal parts Amaretto, Bailey's, and White Chocolate Godiva

Just wanted to throw out a thanks to all the Dis'ers who offered to share their tasting and open the event up to us lost souls that were a little too slow on the draw. And a big thanks to George for coming up with this solution with DCL. Thanks a bunch George.
