Disney's ALL-STAR MUSIC RESORT Information & Questions

Currently staying at all star music, the water pressure in the shower is really bad, is this normal since the refurb ? Should I call maintenance ? Shower is just about useable but more of a dribble than a shower. I wondered if the rainfall shower head is blocked or it’s présure issues. Just wondered if anyone knew.

We were there in August 2022 and had no problems with the shower. We were in the Country section.

I've read conflicting things online, so I'm hoping someone here can give me a definitive answer. The soda refill machines at All Star Music (or any all star resort for that matter)..are they operational and available 24 hours a day? I always assumed you couldn't use them after the food court closed, but I've seen multiple people online say that you can still get to the soda machines and use them after hours. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Hi we're interested in the family suites this year, specifically the accessible ones for my mom. Does the walk in shower have a bench? We're planning for thanksgiving week this year but no matter what week I pick in November, it says there's no availability. Does this mean that they're already booked or maybe we're not doing enough days? We're going for 5 days. thank you! Also thank you for those great pictures! :)

Very true,as well as 24/7 access to the microwaves and toasters.

We stayed in an accessible Allstar music family suite with a roll in shower and it had a fold down bench in it that my father used to shower. The other bathroom had the usual tub shower combo. The roll in shower was for the master bedroom. The suite had just the small beverage cooler that most Disney rooms have now instead of the frige/freezer combo that the regular family suites have.

Anyone there recently using pool noodle in the main pool? My daughter would be all over that in October when we have a pool day. Are they still allowed?

definitely call maintenance whenever a shower isn't useable in any resort at wdw. This has never happened to us at any of them.

At the All Stars the screens close over the food kiosks...not the entrance to the food court so you can get refills at any time. The microwaves, toasters, and seating are also accessible.

This is a bit of a trivial question, but does anyone know what kind of music they play at ASMusic (in the lobby and around the resort)? I’ll be there for 14 days in September, so I will be hanging around the resort a lot. I quite liked the music at AoA when I stayed there (it was remixed versions of Disney classic songs), and POP century played a lot of, well, popular pop music from throughout the decades which was cool.

I’m assuming each resort has their own playlist, so I was hoping someone had some knowledge on what type of music I can expect to hear around a resort whose whole theme is music. Also, if you have any insight, what kind of music does AS Movies and Sports have as well?
My daughter and her boyfriend just stayed there. He said to reply that the music was great and it surprised him that they played a lot of rock. But as expected at a resort called Music, they play a very wide variety with quieter selections at quieter times.

Corey, thanks for the photo link to the family suites. Do you think there would be space to put a blow up twin air mattress in the bedroom? Maybe move the chair to the living room space?? We aren't going to exceed capacity, just trying to figure out where to put the 7 year old while the rest of us enjoy the living room! We are thinking we could put an air mattress in the bedroom for him so the adults have a space to hang out after the little guy goes to bed. Moving him from the bed in the bedroom to a bed in the living room when the adults hit the hay could mean he'd be up for the rest of the night! TIA.

That's a tough one. You might be able to squeeze it where the chair is if you move it. Check our 3D / VR tour to get an even better idea. https://www.wdwinfo.com/walt-disney...ily-suite-tour-in-3d-vr-at-walt-disney-world/

Ah, I guess I have found conflicting reports of what’s allowed then. Thanks!
They never allowed anything from outside when we were there...they have their own lifejackets available for little ones who struggle with swimming.

This is very common for public pools since bringing things in from outside can also bring in bacteria and fungi which contaminate the pool...which can only be removed with more chemicals.
