Thanks! That is interesting. I was not fussy on the whole travel agent thing...so many unnecessary phone calls and emails, so i think next time I'll go back to dealing with the cruise line directly...I love upgrading!

we did not have the package and wouldn't with a suite...even before we upgraded, we knew we wouldn't drink close to what the difference was in sailing Disney, nor to break even with the cost of the package! Although there is a convenience factor to it too!

All the staff we interacted with were personable, but I did notice that miscellaneous staff walking by wouldn't say hello or make eye contact. I'm a "hello" person to everyone, so i noticed this to be a big difference from Disney, but didn't bother me, just an observation.
