adding cabana reservation to my Disney experience online

i booked a cabana for our upcoming stay and was told that it "may" show up online;;;per cast members some of the cabana reservations have been showing up and others have not. mine did not, so i'm trying to figure out how to add it. has anyone done this successfully? I've tried adding it a couple different reservations and have not had any luck.

Add it via Notes. I couldn’t do it in the app but if you access MDE via the Disney website you can go to add more plan and scroll down to Notes
