I don't see this as a major issue for the customer. Can you imagine the costs that Disney has to pay for every call into those lines? As said earlier, a cell phone is the best option.

I have stayed at both the past 2 years. They are both excellent. However, the Poly is the ultimate Disney stay for our family. Being able to access both the resort monorail and the Epcot monorail with a quick walk over to the TTC is next level. You're gonna love it. :thumbsup2

It appears those dates are blacked out. We'll be traveling to POR May 10-17 and were hoping for a bounceback for October 15-19 (school fall break here). :sad2:

Just curious. We were are the Poly last fall with free dining and were thinking about a May trip this year. I haven't received a card or email. :sad1:
