***Officially Official September 2017 Thread***

Thanks! I just got a 1:40 BOG! It kinda interferes with a few plans, so I'll have to think about which is more important. Run it by DH.

That's great! That was my problem. I originally made a res at 2pm, but then the parade was moved from 3pm to 2pm. Then I've been checking all the time to move the time up.

First full day for us and will be spending it at Epcot as well. Soar'in, Sunshine Seasons, and LwL for rope drop Click on our video below to see what we look like, and say hi if you see us in the park!

Your video was awesome! Made me cry too! Love the appreciation showed by your girls! Great parenting right there!

Is anyone seeing Cirque for the last time? We've seen it 3 or 4 times over the years, but it's been a while. I'm contemplating it. But I also want to do the Halloween party...my favorite!! DH doesn't want to do the party, but I'm thinking if I surprise him with it, he'll enjoy it. He always does. What do you think?

While we wait, tell us what the first attraction you'll ride is...and why? Also, what's your "must do", "must buy" and "must eat" while you're there??

My first attraction will be Big Thunder Mountain Railroad simply because I couldn't get 7 DMT! My "must do" is as many fireworks as possible. My "must buy" is a Christmas Ornament, and my "must eat" are the ribs at Flame Tree. Can't wait to hear about everyone's "musts"!!

The ribs are soooo good at Flame Tree! We are having these our first night down there and we cannot wait! We like the large platter where you get the ribs, chicken, and pulled pork :thumbsup2

Our first attraction is going to be a first for us, it will be the Na'vi River Journey in AK. We normally do Disney Springs on arrival day, but we wanted to FP ROL and see Pandora in the dark, so we added on a ticket and are going on our first night down. We normally do the first park day as MK on our day after arrival. So that will be different! Must do is the Haunted Mansion, People Mover, and I'm dying for a Dole Whip and Mickey Pretzel!

First ride: Aerosmith's Rock-n-Rollercoaster. We're starting our trip in DHS and that's one of my favorite rides.
Must do: Flight of Passage!
Must buy: My DW has demanded one mouse ears rice krispy treat for every day my DS and I are at the parks, so that's the only thing I must buy. LOL
Must eat: I really don't have anything.

Our first attraction should be FOP. We have a FP for that on our last WDW park day but the first day we want to do standby for the queue. That night we'll be in MK and that's where are FPs are for the day.

Several rides are must do: PeopleMover, HM, PotC to name a few. I'm really excited to see Happily Ever After so that's a must fireworks

We don't have a must do for eating but we have 3 adrs at this point one is for Skipper's Canteen and I'm excited to try that out. I think we'll also try Satu'li Canteen as well.

As far as buy--we've been having a tradition for a few years that we try to get a christmas ornament for places we go. Sometimes we don't feel like getting something if the place wasn't a huge huge deal. Also Starbucks You Are Here collection mugs is a tradition now as well--I'm kicking myself because I forgot to get one last year for D.C. when we were there (I can still get it it's just roughly twice the cost to buy it from Amazon).

IDK if I ever put my current schedule up on the thread back when we were sharing those but here's ours (sorry if it's a duplicate). First park listed for each day represents morning park and second park listed for each day represents evening park. As we have hoppers it's possible we'll go to more than 2 parks in a day. Just depends on our mood. Also due to park hopping all of our FPs I made for the afternoon/evening; less chance of a 4th FP but less worry about wait times at that time of the day at least for 3 rides lol.

Thursday 9/14 Epcot and DHS

Friday 9/15 MK and AK

Sunday 9/17 Leave :sad::sad:

First ride: it's a small world. Sentimental and will be both my daughter's first ever Disney ride

Must do: hea fireworks. We're doing the dessert party

Must eat: grey stuff from BoG just to say we had it

Must buy: we started a collection of snow globes for our girls from vacations. Disney has a really cool princess one.

Sweet of you to ask! I'm trying to decide if memory maker is worth it. Since we have s large family, it's often hard to ask someone to take a picture of us. It just seems so pricey. I love the convenience of it though.
Yes pricey but think of it this way not paying $10 per picture. You can get allot of pictures out of it if you make it a point to go see a photographer. They have a lot of magic shots. Allot of the meet and greets have photographers. If your going to MNSSHP those photos are included. The best part all of you can be in the pictures.

My first attractions is FEA because it's the closest ride to my resort. It's our arrival day and I want to start my vacation with F&W festival. My must do ride is FOP can't wait to see it. My must buy is the Figment Dooney for F&W wallet. I have a lot of Disney Dooneys. My must eat is a favorite the Turkey Leg!! My favorite restaurant is hard BOG I actually like the food. But like T-Rex also cause dinos.

Yes it will be so worth it especially with a big family!

First ride: I think it will be BTMR for everyone except me :( I will sit that one out and ride Haunted Mansion instead. It always varies depending on what park we start in and what time of day.
Must Do: MNSSHP. I think i subconsciously pick fall so I can do the Halloween party. Its probably my number one priority the last 3 trips.
Must Buy: Christmas ornament
Must eat: Flame Tree BBQ

10 days! TEN DAYS! Wahoo!

First Attraction: Meeting Magic Mickey (I am of mixed mind about seeing him, but my husband and kids really want to)
Must do: FOP - I cannot wait!
Must buy: Haunted Mansion D&B and a dress from Cherry Tree
Must eat: everything at Tiffins EVERYTHING

Can I add this?

Must drink: Nautilus at Trader Sam's Grog Grotto

OMG, I would rather stab my eyes out than ride that ride again. :scared: It needs to be updated soooooooooo badly. My DW, DS, and I rode it during MVMCP because it was walk on. We all were, like, well there's 15 minutes of our lives we'll never get back. LOL
