I would do the same thing. Not only do I not have a modify button, I do not have a cancel button online.

Did you make your reservation online or did you book through a travel agent or Disney representative? If you book online yourself you will have a modify button and a cancel button. If you booked through an agent or Disney representative you will not be able to change your reservation, but you will have to call Disney or the travel agent to change it.

I figured it was because I was booked through a bounce back offer. I didn't realize you couldn't cancel or modify online if you book a regular type of reservation over the phone. Thanks! Good to know.

Hi! We are thinking of going in September with the hopes of free dining. Historically is either POR riverside included in free dining?

Waiting and watching. We are a family of 5 so we have to have two rooms. I had to call and have a cast member help me to book cause I couldn't book two rooms online for some reason. Once free dining opens would I be better off to just book a whole new reservation and cancel the old one or wait until I can get through on the phone? Worried that the rooms I want will sell out. I booked CBR.

I booked on my own and don't have either as well.

You should have been able to book 1 room at CBR as they have capacity for 5, unless it was just preference to have 2 or a pirate room.

POR was bookable til October 1st last year. It was just excluded during the fd dates in November and December.

Unfortunately we really need two rooms. My kids are 19, 17, and 13 so I was afraid all of us in one room would result in WW III. It really throws everything off reservation wise. I considered the Art of Animation suites but it was basically the same price to book two standards at CBR. I'm desperate for the free dining though so I'll switch to get it if I have to but would like the gift cards too.

Yes the gift card offers are nice, we did 2 rooms at CS and requested connecting rooms which was really nice, having the extra bathroom was great!

I have two kids who will be 19 and 13 at the time of our trip and I'm already wondering how we're going to do in one room for 10 days. It was fine when they were small, but we've been staying offsite in 2 bdrm places for the last few trips. We love love love the space. However, we also missed being onsite and wanted to try it again. I can totally understand not trying to put three teens and two adults in one room:scared:.
Have you priced the Fort Wilderness cabins with free dining? We did that one year when dd brought a friend and found it was great to have the extra room.

There's really no rhyme nor reason to it. I booked myself online. I have a cancel button, but no modify button.

I havent but I will look into them. Thank you for the tip :). I just love staying onsite and the transportation, but finding the right place with the space we need at the price we need is stressing me. Oh and all three of my kids eat like NFL linebackers so momma needs the free dining!

In The last 3 years I booked online 2x and over the phone 1x and always had a modify/cancel button. This time I booked a BB and have neither choice. If I don't know which week I definitely need by the time FD comes out I'm just going to book a second reservation then cancel the one I don't need.
