At Gatwick, this is a possibility, although I am not sure that even there they have enough flights to make it worth their while. In Orlando, they are more likely to contract out the ground handling.

It was nice of them thank you. I will update the next bit as quick as I can. My arthritis decided to flare despite just having my monthly injection. Does Fran ever find sometimes the med doesn't seem to work sometimes?

Oh, I am sorry you flared. Do you get monthly intravenous infusions? My daughter takes Humira and methotrexate and I take Xeljanz for our Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. Flares are the worst and people just don't understand in general. One of my coworkers was just diagnosed with bad osteoarthritis in her shoulder and came to me saying "I had no idea. I thought arthritis was just aches. It just wouldn't let up and had me in tears." I didn't have the heart to differentiate between osteo and autoimmune arthritis. Just having someone gain empathy is enough.

It's good the manager was eager to try to rectify the poor experience you had.

Did the air carrier fix your wheelchair? It's a common problem for airlines to break wheelchairs.

Thank you for your kind comments. I am sorry that you and your daughter are autoimmune suffers too and I know right there is quite a difference between your own body attacking you and wear and tear. I use to take the self injections Humira but i built anti bodies to it so it stopped working. Then I did have infusions in the clinic with Remicade then same deal it stopped working. Same time lines after about 2 years. Now I am on Simponi self inject pen once a month. It's by the same drug company as Remicade. I hope I don't build up antibodies to that!

Before I wrap this TR up I hope you all had a good Christmas and I wish you all a Happy New Year for this weekend.

We had a nice time Jo's aunt Gilly joined us for Christmas lunch. She is 75 and lives on her own. Jo did a lovely turkey meal all the trimmings.

Whilst looking for the Christmas plates and table wear Jo found 2 Disney mugs at the back of the cupboard... How old are these refillable mugs lol! I might take them and ask a CM why they do not work in all innocence..

If it is old enough, you may just get away with this. I think when this programme first started, they were sold as lifetime resort mugs.

I think I will pass imagine the bacteria! I have to change my mug half way through the vacation anyway bevause of my comprimised immune system. But will keep this for memory sake!

I meant to ask is Royal Caribbean a soda mug system ( we have free unlimited delixe drinks package ) or do you get a paper cup each time?

You do get a souvenir mug in your cabin with any of the drinks packages. However, mine is still in its original wrapper. The Navigator does not have self service machines. There were two basic soda machines in the Windjammer, but they seemed to have been decommissioned. You can go up to any bar and depending on the location, they will give you a class or plastic cup with soda. On the ships where they have the Coca Cola Freestyle machines, it is different as they need the chip in the souvenir cup to work.
