***1st Week of December Thread ADR Plans, Park Hours, and dealing with Pop Warner***

@Talby (or anyone else,) this is so exciting!! as far as these shows go.... Is it that you don't really "reserve" them when it asks you to select a time? When you actually get to select a time, what would MDE do? Just add it in your plans that you'd like to attend?

Yep! It'd be like adding FoF parade to your plans, where it shows up in your plans but says "reminder this is not a reservation". Just a way to keep track in your plans. :) For example, you can add Fantasmic! as a note in your plans (just noting it, not reserving it) if you're not FP'ing it or not seeing it as part of a a dining package. :)

So off topic but I was just playing around searching for ADR availability at restaurants I already have reserved as a way to gauge how busy they might be while I'm eating there.

I was looking at Cali Gril brunch on 12/11. When I select a party of 1 or 2 it says no availability. When I select a party if 4 it shows a 12:30 time is available. For anyone still looking for ADRs, it might be worth it to look for a slightly larger party than what you need.
That's how I got some of my ADR's. :)

Well....

We did a bit of damage in the Disney store this afternoon! We went over to the mall, and I had no intentions of buying, and well, we ended up finding 4 dresses we loved (Cinderella, Ariel, Elena of Avalor, and Tink). We got DD2 some shirts (and one Tink dress, the girls will both be Tinks for Halloween this year!), and then a new mug for myself because I broke mine yesterday morning!

That place just sucks our money away! DH jokingly laughed and said we should have a boy next time to avoid the expense and I promptly told him that I would and could easily drop the amount of money we spent today on a little man. Star Wars! Cars! Jake! Handy Manny!

You guys get it, right?

For anyone looking for Princess dresses, I went to Target today and they had 25% off Halloween Costumes. My store had an entire aisle of Disney/Princess dresses. I know these aren't as elaborate as the dresses at BBB, but they're much easier to pack if you're looking for some dresses for your girls (plus much cheaper.)

Totally get it.. The dresses now are really pretty. I love when their Halloween season dresses are released! ..... Plus, I'm one of the idiots( I mean people) that dropped $150 on the limited edition Elsa dress ( actually 2 for both girls) that came out shortly before the movie!. They were Christmas presents and they probably Wore them nearly every day for at least a year... Expensive, but they Really wore them out, and they loved them. So yeah, totally get it :)
I saw the Elena of avalor one in the store a few weeks ago, and it is stunning!! The show is really adorable

Tomorrow is 60 days from my RO reservation before my FD reservation starts on 11/26. Fingers crossed my FO booking window opens tomorrow and I can get it done and over with!!

I have a general FP plan - maybe should have looked at some park maps before I figured it out. Or remembered stuff from last year...but no, I'm winging it!

Yep, we spent a pretty penny today. BUT, I'm hoping to get lots of use with them. If we have a freezing cold Halloween, the girls will wear white tights and a white turtleneck under the dress. And, if we have a cool evening in WDW, I'll have a turtleneck packed just in case we can't get DD1 out of her dresses. ;)

Awesome!!! Report back and let us know what you ended up with. :)

Yay!!! Good luck!

@pigletgirl I totally get getting sucked into buying more Disney stuff.

@areno79 I love your magic bands!!! Ours have Mickey and Mini and just say 2016 - they were on sale:) But if I had seen those I would have totally gone for them!

Yup! I totally get it! Still lucky I don't have a girl yet or I would be bankrupt... Not as much cute choices for boys. There's a bit but most stores are filled with girl stuff with 1/4 of it only for boys ;)

for us at his age it was buzz. the character pjs almost bankrupted me. I used to use them as halloween costumes until he got old enough to care for a real one, lol. old navy had this great astronaut jumpsuit that looked great with plump astronaut bootie overlays!

That's a great idea! I haven't gotten him his Halloween costume yet! Lol!

I'm getting bankrupt with pjs and t shirts... I bought a couple from the Disney store but more from old navy. They had a nice collection of Star Wars stuff for toddlers there! :D

a little jealous of all of your princesses. Of course love the kiddo more than anything (we say "more than EVERYTHING" lol) but I do look a little wistfully at the princess stuff when i see it.
I do too... Especially the animators collection... I bought myself a mug to compensate! Hahaha

I really swore I was going to have boys! Never in a million years did I think I'd have a girl! I think I was shocked when they told me. I was always a " my baby won't be wearing all pink" kind of person. Boy, have I done a complete 180!! My girls were wrapped up like Christmas presents with giant bows bigger than their heads, etc... The Disney dresses really are so beautifully made, and the details on their dolls clothing is so beautiful too!! I know the girls things are so much more " pretty" and sparkly, but a lot of stores really have been coming out with some adorable boys clothing, too!

@Candycane83 I've been drinking from my Anna and Elsa mugs everyday for almost 2 years. Use it proud!

And on the flip side, nothing cuter than a little boy dressed up like buzz, woody, etc! Out neighbors son is 3 and he loves his toy story costumes! So so adorable!!!

FP booked this morning! (We have RO on 11/25 then check in with our ticketed package on the 26th) and got everything I wanted at times I wanted. FEA was open the day I wanted it (11/30) starting at 11am even. No trouble at all!

Now to figure out stroller rental and grocery delivery.

And a room request at ASSp (oh so many exciting options :P)

60 days!!!!!
