Where In The World 21. We are now completely legal!!!

I thought there was only one restroom on Discovery Island. On the right as you come out of the Oasis and enter into Discovery Island. Just before the Flame Tree Barbecue.

Sorry about your weather down there. Seems like you are always having weather problems. You've got Diane beat for the horrible weather award hands down. Poor dogs and no collars. :(

It's so strange..."horrible weather award" when Diane has to deal with snow and ice well into the spring. I'll just say we seem to get the SPRING "horrible weather". It's natures cycle; some of the news reports are reminding us all of the terrible drought just a few short years ago and now areas are getting HALF of their annual rainfall in 24 hours! Nature is strange; I know how desperately the State of Washington could use some of this moisture. There are people being evacuated that have never had water in their homes ever. DH and his "magic numbers game" (he learns all that stuff getting his inspection certificates) calculates that during a 20" rainfall period every 5 acres gets covered with 2,700,00 million gallons of water. :scared: Hard to imagine, isn't it? Crews have been out all day rescuing people and animals. Yesterday they used a boat in the Chappell Hill area to rescue 165 head of cattle who were struggling to keep their heads above water as they were herded to dry land. Two ladies reported (and this just "turns my stomach") seeing a cow hanging up in a tree with his leg entangled in the brush/branches of the tree. And there are SO many posts on Facebook with lost & found dogs. To make matters worse, our animal shelter was destroyed in the flood a few weeks ago. We have some pretty special volunteers in our County, risking their own lives to help with rescue. :lovestruc

Oh that poor cow! So sad!

I'll have to find a map to find the other two restrooms on Discovery Island.

This is my new grand baby, Rachel Marie Jewel:

Everyone's okay now but both Kelly and the baby almost died last night! My son in law said it was "terrifying" Kelly had a C section and the baby will be in the incubator ward for 7 - 10 days.

This is from a park but it's not from the AK.

I will go with HS?

Nothing like a little excitement to begin your life! Wow..she looks super healthy....good color and cute little chubby legs. Will seem like forever before they get to take her home! C-sections are not fun...went through that with youngest DD. SO many medical advances since then but tell Kelly to take advantage of this time to get plenty of rest. She'll need it in the coming weeks. Have you booked your flight east yet? Bet you can't wait! :yay: :tink:

Attraction, shop or food service? :tink:

This is from a food service in HS.

I'm going out June 10 -20 :Pinkbounc

I missed this:

Is this floor meets a wall? The curve could be some type of support if not a wall?

It is curved but not supporting anything. Not on a wall.

Pizzafari?

I will take snow over flooding and tornados any day. What a mess you have there, I hope all the animals are ok and find their owners.

Just got back from a short trip to Maine. Went up yesterday morning weather was nice. As we were getting closer to the coast we could see the temp in the car drop and drop. Five miles away inland from their place it was 14 degrees warmer. They are about a mile from the ocean. Today was cold and windy only about 55 we came hone early.
