~~ They're leaving the nest, sew it's time for a trip - or two - or three...~~ D~'s bag ~9/22 ~~

I don't think getting a crown on your tooth sounds like something for a much older person. I think it sounds like something any grown ups could get.
Crossing my fingers that the cost won't be too bad for it.

I'm glad to year V can use her glasses one more year.

I've never watched Downtown Abbey but I know many people like that series.

Yesterday I got Ulf to change the small wheels on my wheelchair because the old ones were worn out. And while he was at it I made him remove the antitippers on my wheelchair. I have wanted to do this for a few years now, but I've hesitated to do it because I know that when I remove them, the tipping point on my chair will move because the weight on the chair gets lighter. Well the antitippers got removed and sure enough it got much heavier to get the wheelchair on two wheels. So today it was time to adjust the chair so it would be as light to tilt as it was before I removed the antitippers. It wasn't easy to get it done because we didn't know how to do it and there wasn't much information about it on the internet. But after 1 hour of trial and error we managed to get the chair as we wanted it to be.

Then we had to adjust the breaks on my wheelchair since we moved where the big wheels are positioned the breaks had to be moved as well to work. We tried to find information on how that was done on the internet as well, but we didn't find any good information. So once again it was some trial and error again before we managed to get the breaks to work again. Now the only test left is to try the wheelchair up hill to see that it doesn't easily tilt backwards going up the hill. We will try that tomorrow.

Your headband is adorable. I think for your first try you did great. Yes, hot glue guns are well hot. Hope your fingers are ok.

Sorry V is not feeling well. I can't believe kids in HS would tease Allie about her phone. At that age one would think they would be a little more mature, but apparently not.

We had a wonderful visit with the little ones. They are just too sweet. The baby is just a doll. I was able to get a little smile and a squeak out of her. Made my weekend. My other niece we took bowling for the first time. She had us and everyone else around us in stitches. I did try to bribe mommy and daddy to leave one here. I asked what to you desire more: sleep or less running around after a toddler. It just didn't work.

Can't wait to see you Halloween bag and V's outfits.

Have a great day!!

Love the bangs and the hair bow. I know what you mean about the ending of Downton. I'm so glad it was a good ending, but sad it was over. I think I cried more at happiness for Barrow. He really had some lows over the years so it was good to see him turn himself around. I hope your tooth is feeling better. I hate the dentist. The last one I had in NY was always trying to scam us for all this unnecessary dental/cosmetic work to make $$$. Which reminds me, I need to find a dentist now that we've been here a few months longer than I should go past a dental visit :rolleyes1

Ugh, sorry about the dental issues. It's not a good feeling when your in pain from teeth issues. Hoping the pain is gone by tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing the Halloween bag!:goodvibes

I am lucky it feels pretty good and no issues, but I have another filling she wants to do in 2 weeks. I haven't had any work done in years so I guess it was time? Ugh

I am so sorry your tooth isn't feeling great that's really stressful! Hopefully it's better today!

Looking forward to seeing the Halloween bag!

Good - I am glad. :) I am doing much better today - thankfully. I know the feeling - I mostly try to avoid it because it's so expensive, but I need to do it. Sigh.

Me too - LOL - I am always excited to see my own bags finished. ::yes::

I adore your giant Mickey bar headband :) and I love that you made it so you can change out accessories!! I bought a build your own potato head about 10 years ago and I am such a child--every trip I rifle through the bins to see if there are any arms or accessories I don't have yet

The weather is getting PERFECT for running all of a sudden!!! Living in Chicago, I rarely run at all during the Winter...because it's cold but also I am so not graceful. Icy sidewalks and running do not mix well for me!

Yesterday, I got a good run in...well it was a good 3 miles, pretty ugly running, but I'll take it and it felt good to get out there. Hopefully you're able to get back on the running wagon soon!!

Jackie

Thanks! It was a lot of fun making it. I love digging through those bins too - it's fun to see what's new... Sadly - some of the parts are so HUGE, I prefer the classic ones better. I have not looked in the last few trips though. :scratchin

I know!!! It was wonderful out yesterday - I did go for my first run of the year, sadly - it was soooo windy, I had to buck the wind for the "out" portion of my out n' back route... But I guess I'd rather buck it on the way out than on the way back. ::yes:: WTG for getting out there - my run was terrible, but it felt sooo good to get out there again... I think it's just what I needed. :lovestruc

Oh boy, sorry to hear about your dental issues. When I went in for my cleaning a few weeks ago they showed me on my x-ray that one of my thirty something year old filings has a big crack in it. He wants me to get a crown, too... and yes, it is VERY expensive. I have put it off for now in favor of getting Jillian's wisdom teeth taken care of. So yeah, I definitely feel your pain!

I loved the bow, but yes, it was large. LOL! I am confident you are going to end up making something spectacular!

That's what I was afraid of... BFF told me yesterday - they are right around $2k... I hate to say it - but if they are that expensive - I will have to get one more filling in this thing and save for the crown - I know it makes no sense, but I can't go back on my word for these trips - and there is NO way I can take Allison and not V... So, the crown will have to wait until all of these trips are done. Pretty sad, but it's a fact of life.

Oh - yes - I am also planning on having V's wisdom teeth done this summer... So I have that too. Sigh... Connie - I sometimes think you and I live parallel lives... LOL - I guess I need to go back to school now? :scratchin

Best of luck to you and Jillian for your dental work.

Yes - me too... I am also glad she was able to get sunglasses - it will help so much when she is driving. Now - she just has to make sure she doesn't lose them. ::yes::

If you ever get a chance to watch Downton Abbey - I highly recommend it... It's a wonderful, wonderful show! :lovestruc

Wow - it sounds like you and Ulf have been busy working on your chair! I am glad that through some trial and error, you were able to figure it out... Hopefully all of your testing today goes well. Be safe!

Your headband is adorable. I think for your first try you did great. Yes, hot glue guns are well hot. Hope your fingers are ok.

Yes - yes, they are. LOL I will be more cautious next time.

V is still under the weather... She did go to school yesterday because she had the Decades project she had to give the presentation for... According to her - it sounds like they did VERY well on it. Phew!

I thought the same thing, but I guess not? Sometimes kids just need to learn to be nice, and mature too. It's frustrating.

Awww... It sounds like you had a great visit!!! They sound so adorable! I hope that you get to see them soon! :lovestruc

Me too! LOL I can't wait to see it all done - that will be a relief!

Thanks - you too!

I went for my first run today, since the weather is great - it was not pretty, but I got it done.

I made it out too - it was not pretty for me either, but it felt really good to get out there and just do it. WTG us!!!! :woohoo: I am so proud of you!

Love the bangs and the hair bow. I know what you mean about the ending of Downton. I'm so glad it was a good ending, but sad it was over. I think I cried more at happiness for Barrow. Thank you - I am still very undecided on my bangs... Some days I like them - and other days I don't. LOL

I know - I was happy to see Thomas change his tune, I wish he would have done that a few seasons ago... I know they have to keep it interesting - but it would have been nice to see him as a happy person a bit longer. I was very sad about Carson though... Broke my heart!

Thanks - my tooth is doing much better today. Phew... I was a bit nervous yesterday, for sure. Yes!!! I am terrified about that too!!! I've heard of it, but as far as I know - I haven't had a dentist scam me yet... I hope you are able to find a good one near you. Ask on FB... People are always willing to let you know who is good in the area. :thumbsup2

Ugh, sorry about the dental issues. It's not a good feeling when your in pain from teeth issues. Hoping the pain is gone by tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing the Halloween bag!:goodvibes

Thanks - I am feeling much better today... I was a bit nervous - but it's a relief that the pain is gone.

I am so looking forward to it too! :woohoo:

**************************************************************************************************

Yesterday was a super productive day for me... It was so nice!

I did my heavy lifting right away - I didn't procrastinate as I always do... So, I was done by 7:30am... It set me up for a really great day.

I had breakfast right after, and then I went up to work... I was able to get this week's custom order cut out and quilted in record time. Which even left me time to finish stitching the applique on my Halloween bag - which made me super happy.

I was done upstairs early, and decided to go for a walk/run... By this time - it was 67° outside... it was gale force winds out of the south... But I knew I had to get it done, or I'd procrastinate forever. So, my first mile + was bucking the wind... but it pushed me home. I was a little disappointed - I definitely lost all of my endurance from last year... I had to walk up all of the hills... but I pushed and I am proud of myself for getting out there. It really helped my mindset and just my whole demeanor yesterday. :lovestruc And, as usual, I was slow... LOL Story of my life. But slow is better than nothing at all, so I'll take it.

2016-03-08_12.44.40_1.jpg

Once I got home, I had lunch and got ready... I had to pick V up from school.

We went to order her glasses - which took all of 5 min... So we had time to kill.

We found ourselves at Michael's... I was looking for ribbon - but they didn't have what I wanted, so I guess I'll have to order it online if I decide to go forward with the bows/headbands. We both loved these letters though - for my mantel... but in all of the letter variations that they had - they had no R's in anything that we liked... And we thought it looked a little awkward with the wrong R. LOL If I could find the right R - I'd love to get this for our mantel though.

20160308_155342.jpg

We had Chipotle for dinner and then we went to my meeting... We left early though - because V wasn't feeling well and she had been up very late the night before working on her Decades project (which - she feels that the group did VERY WELL on :woohoo: )

Today - it's a Target day... That's all that I need to say about that. Sigh. Hoping it goes fast. I know I won't be working out today - because I have to be there very early. Oh well, I usually hit my 10k steps before noon, so I don't feel too badly about not working out - as I am pretty active while I am there.

My tooth is feeling much better - such a relief. Thanks for all the good thoughts yesterday.

That's all... I hope you all have a wonderful day - Prayers and Pixie Dust to all. :lovestruc

D~

67ºF is summer temperature for Tromsø so I can totally understand that you went for a run/walk.

The letters for the mantel looks great. As you said you only need to find the right R :)

I'm so glad to hear your tooth is feeling much better.

Have a great day at Target

Ulf and I tested my wheelchair today and we think it's good now. I guess I will get to test it more this weekend when I'm going on the conference.

I had my therapy riding class today. It was so nice weather that we went out side with the horses. I hate riding outside because I don't feel I have control then. There are so many things outside that can scare the horses. I feel there are less things inside that can scare them so that's why I prefer to ride inside. The riding class went well :)

Glad the tooth is feeling better! :teeth: I'd be scared also about the crown. My husband had one done years ago and I remember it being a scary price WITH insurance. My dentist wanted to replace one of my fillings a few years ago. I made the appointment...then chickened out and cancelled. What's funny is that I've been back regularly every 6 months for checkups and he's never mentioned it, which tells me it wasn't THAT important. It was a filling I've probably had since I was in middle or high school and I guess they like to replace them if they suspect it may be leaking. I'm just not going to bring it up because I'd be afraid they would remove it and mention a crown also or something. EEK!

Good for you for getting out on your run yesterday. We had temps in the high-70s and low-80s here, and it was just TOO nice to pass up getting out so I met a friend and we went to play tennis for a while after work. Took two of my kids and her 8yo son, so playing with the kids wanting to play meant it wasn't too competitive for us. That's fine though, and we plan to do it again today.

Enjoy your day!

Congratulations on getting out there for a run. Even though you lost a lot of endurance over the winter, you'll find that you can work back up to it faster this time than it took you last year. :) We got up to 70 degrees yesterday and I was able to take my lunch time walk without a coat. :) And we could open the windows in our house and get some fresh air for the first time in months. :)

Way to go getting out there for a run, too!! :) I hope we're truly leaving Winter behind so you and I both get out there more often and build up our endurance. The winter sucked all the mojo out of my running!!

Love the idea of putting your last name up on your mantel. I hate when the letter I need is missing for things!!! Earlier this year, I ended up buying myself a monogram bracelet with my last initial because they were consistently out of J. Maybe on your next trip there will be better ribbon and more R's to choose from!!! :-)

So happy to hear that V's project went well and that your tooth is feeling better.

Today we are to reach the mid 70's, I am so happy. I love the warmer weather. Hoping to get out and start my two miles. I hope my knee holds up and my new walking buddy can handle it. I will be carrying her back home. LOL!

We did have a wonderful time with the little ones and I will be seeing them again very soon.

Hope your day at Target goes fast.

I'm so glad your tooth is feeling better! And kudos to you for going out on a run! It was gorgeous here yesterday, too -- I should have gotten outside and done something physical.

First, I meant to tell you that although the bow would be too large for me to wear, it would make me smile if I saw it on someone in the parks!

Sorry about the crown. The crown is expensive, but manageable, IF you don't have to have a root canal to go with it. I have way to many crowns and dental issues...I am fortunate to have halfway decent dental insurance that pays for 50%. And some of my crowns were put on at an early age...it appears that bad teeth run in our family...I blame my parents, lol!

Have a good day!

Thanks - I am feeling much better today... I was a bit nervous - but it's a relief that the pain is gone.
That's great to hear you are feeling better!

This weekend has been absolutely beautiful as well. Perfect to go outside! That 's great oyu had some time to start running again!

LOL If I could find the right R - I'd love to get this for our mantel though.

20160308_155342.jpg
These are so cute! Would look great on a mantel! Maybe check online for the other "R"? If you ever decide to purchase them would you decorate them in any way, or keep them as is? I think either way would look great!

Best of luck at Target, hope it goes fast for you!

Whoa! It's been awhile and I finally caught up. Haven't read in months! Lol. Nice to see you again!
As far as the crown... I did the exact same thing. I filled it and then got the crown about 1.5 years later. And we have good dental insurance! But I was not going to put it on the credit card, and we had others expenses when it happened.
And I hate hate to juggle bills. Or take money out of savings. Personally, it's the smart thing to do in my opinion.
Your trip planning is coming along great! Love to hear all of your upcoming plans. Are you going to the NSShalloweenparty?

We're headed out to DW the monday after thanksgiving. 1st week is 10 of us. Our 2 boys... sister in law, her 3 kids and my inlaws. Second week is just hubby and I for our 20th anniversary. Just us two!!!!!
I'm trying to decide. .. for an extra $500... do we do universal/ioa. for 2 days?
Or..... do the MK christmas party, parasailing , and a dessert party? If they have the villains one still or star wars one..... not sure yet what to do.
Your headbows! I see a new business venture in your future! !!! Matching headbands that match the purse! Oh ya! Lol. You could raid the mr. Potato Head parts and go crazy! How fun!
So happy I finally caught up!

Yes - it's definitely feeling like summer weather here. Next week is supposed to be a bit more seasonal... but I will enjoy it while it lasts.

Thanks - it's a relief that my tooth is feeling better.

Thank you - I did have a good day at Target - one of the best in a while. So, that was good.

I am glad your wheelchair is good - hopefully it continues to be that way.

I grew up on horses - so I understand - anything can spook them. It's good to be cautious, for sure... I would think that the stable you go to though has horses that are pretty well trained and safe for riding outside. :lovestruc

Dental work is so expensive! We don't have dental insurance - but *sometimes* our medical insurance covers dental items... Like - when I had to bring Allison in for her wisdom tooth pain... They did a panoramic xray and diagnosis... I always have them submit to our medical insurance, and they covered $40 of it, plus there was a cap on what the dentist could charge us - so they dentist had to write off $3... Not a big amount - but it's better than nothing. It doesn't cost them anything to submit to our insurance - so I always ask that they do before I pay a dime on the bill.

Obviously - that filling wasn't that important, IMO... Hopefully it doesn't give you any problems later.

I am loving this nice weather - we are supposed to be back to more seasonable temps next week - so I am enjoying it while I can. I am glad you were able to get out for some tennis... It sounds like you had a good time anyways. :lovestruc

Thanks - you too!

Congratulations on getting out there for a run. I sure hope so... I didn't start running until mid-way through July last year, so I sure hope I am able to progress further this year - if that is my intention. I still have not decided what my goal with running will be? Whether I just want to be a casual runner - for the enjoyment of it - or if I want to really dedicate to running longer distances.

We have opened our windows over the last few days... It's still a little chilly to do that, as we have had wind to go with the warm temps. I think today is supposed to be calmer though - so I am hoping to open the entire house.

Thanks! I hope so - Looking ahead though - it looks like it's going to go back to the cooler temps next week... Not freezing - but much cooler. So, we will see?

I agree - I wasn't prepared for how to run in the winter... My lungs definitely did not enjoy it... I hope you are able to get out there more. :lovestruc

Hopefully... I am always looking for things I can put on the mantel that aren't "seasonal"... I like the idea of changing it out for the seasons - and I do that for a few holidays/seasons... but I don't mind making the investment in basic pieces I can use all year, if I choose to... I think it would be fun to put our name up there... I am hoping to pull together a summer/4th of July theme this year. :scratchin We'll see though. I have this "thing" where I love to put it up - but I am terrible at taking it down. Last year, I had Valentine's up until well into July. LOL And by then, It was time to set up my fall display. So, yah... LOL

Thanks - it was such a relief!

I am loving this weather... I am finding - it's easier for me to get out, if I put on my work out clothes after I work out. OK - that makes no sense... LOL Usually - I just wear my pajamas (sweats and a tee) to work out in the morning... But then, after - I put on my running clothes and wear those to work in upstairs - that way, I can just quit work and immediately throw my shoes on to go for a run... That way I am prepared - otherwise, if I am not dressed I procrastinate. Did that make any sense? LOL It does in my head. ::yes::

I hope your 2 miles went well? And you didn't have to carry anyone back home. :thumbsup2

I am so happy to hear that!

Thanks - it went good and fast. Just the way I like it.

I'm so glad your tooth is feeling better! And kudos to you for going out on a run! It was gorgeous here yesterday, too -- I should have gotten outside and done something physical.

Thanks - and thanks. :lovestruc It was so beautiful - I couldn't stay inside any longer. Today will be much the same way - I'll be anxious to get out there to enjoy the day.

First, I meant to tell you that although the bow would be too large for me to wear, it would make me smile if I saw it on someone in the parks!

Sorry about the crown. The crown is expensive, but manageable, IF you don't have to have a root canal to go with it. Oh good - LOL... I am still hoping to make a smaller one, I just cannot see myself wearing anything that big. LOL

I've heard so many quotes over the last few days - ranging from $1k to $2k... So, we'll see what the actual quote is from my dentist... As far as he mentioned - he didn't say anything about a root canal... Those TERRIFY me - just the thought, I cannot imagine how painful they must be.

I am glad you have good dental insurance... We don't have any, but sometimes our medical insurance covers dental items - so I always make them submit. Our medical usually covers things like the xrays and anesthesia - and even though it usually isn't much - it's better than nothing.

Thank you, as always, same to you! :lovestruc

That's great to hear you are feeling better!

This weekend has been absolutely beautiful as well. Perfect to go outside! That 's great oyu had some time to start running again!

Best of luck at Target, hope it goes fast for you!

Thanks - It's a relief, I was a little worried.

I know - I love this weather, it feels good to have the warm sun on me again... I was looking forward to in in January - and we all know that didn't happen, LOL... So, it feels even doubly good now. :lovestruc

Well... V and I were thinking... Possibly doing the large G... Then they had smaller tin letters that were exactly the same, but about half the size... so do the smaller "EURTS"... But they still didn't have an R in that either... So, I am not sure what to do? LOL I guess I'd have to look at a different Michaels... I need to figure out where another Michael's store is first, and decide if it's worth the drive. :scratchin I don't think I would decorate them in any way, I think I would leave them plain and just use them through out the different seasons - with either ribbon or some sort of garland around/near them... I am not sure... they are just such a nice and basic statement piece - I could use them in so many places... I'll let you all know what I decide. :lovestruc

Thanks - it was a great day at Target and it went by quite fast - so that's always good.

Well hello there! Welcome back! It's great to see you! :lovestruc

Exactly... It's going to be a huge expense as a crown, and unless it's a surprisingly manageable price (which I am sure it won't be) - I will definitely be doing another filling, with the intention of being ready for the crown when this filling falls out again. It sucks - but I just don't see any other way to do it right now.

Yes - as of now, we are planning to do MNSSHP... But V is paying for it - so we will see. Depending on if she can save enough $$ or not? :scratchin I was going to pay for it - as her "extra" thing, but after Allison went to Universal and enjoyed it so much - V has decided she wants to do Universal as her "extra"... And she still wants to do MNSSHP - so if she really wants to do that - she has to pay for us to go. ::yes:: Kind of how Allison paid for Cirque.

That sounds AWESOME!!! :woohoo: How exciting!!!! Hopefully Josh and I can do that in ~um~ probably 10 years, when we go with BMTL... I'd love to stay an extra few days with just him... It's likely that will be the only time I ever get him to go back.

Universal was very FUN!!! I have an entire 6 or 7 updates devoted to it in my most recent TR (in my siggy)... Go check it out, if you have the time. :lovestruc

Hahaha... That would be very interesting... I can't say the thought hasn't crossed my mind, but I am not sure that my bow quality is up to par with my bag quality. LOL At the moment - I think I'd have to pass on that... but maybe some day in the future? We'll see... For now, I am just going to try my hand at making my own and even that is debatable. LOL

It's great to have you back and planning another trip. :lovestruc

*************************************************************************************************

Ahhhh... Yesterday....

I had to be at Target early... It was a 7:30 am start time again... So, I made the executive decision to NOT work out. I knew I would be working the truck all day - so I'd get a lot of busy work done.

When I got there, I walked into the back room and decided to walk on to the semi-truck we were to unload to say hi to a friend... While I was on there chatting, I started throwing the truck... Some how - I got roped into unloading the entire truck with him. The last time I did this - it was a VERY small truck... However, yesterday's truck was VERY large... A full semi-trailer, plumb full - top to bottom, front to back... It took us about 45 minutes to unload it, and it was CONSTANT manual labor of lifting and pushing heavy loads on the belt. It was AWESOME! And very much a work out, and something that very few females can or will do. The adrenaline rush after was something I normally only get after running - so it was a lot of fun. I hope that this is something I can do again, as I very much enjoyed it. :lovestruc

This led to a great day for me at Target and one I have not had in several years. And surprisingly - I am not sore at all this morning. :woohoo:

After work - I came home, changed clothes and sat down in my recliner for a very short cat nap. Then I had to run out the door for a meeting...

I came home, made dinner, tried to stay awake - with out much luck... So I went to bed early.

Today... On my to-do list...

I plan to lift heavy as soon as the girls get on the bus. I am planning to start a new lifting program today... It's very similar to what I've been doing, but just a little more structured. I am looking forward to something new.

Then I will be appliqueing all day.

I hope to finish a little early so I can sneak out for a quick run ~ ahem ~ walk/run.

I think we will all be home for dinner tonight - which is a small miracle these days.

That's about it for today's plans.

I do have to add... I've been working hard this week - concentrating on portion control and water intake... I am feeling pretty good about it. It's been really rough for me, over these last few months, as you all know... The even keel I seemed to have settled in last year - is nowhere to be found right now... I feel like I am on a giant roller-coaster, as far as my size loss goes. It's VERY frustrating for me, for the last 2 years I've been TRYING to lose, and all I've managed to do it maintain & even gain. I feel like this body of mine is one giant puzzle that is ever-changing, where I can never seem to find the right pieces to put it all together. The frustration is real and it is very painful. I am trying hard to work through it - for the billionth time - refocusing my refocus, while trying to find what worked in the past and making it work for me again... It's truly a challenge, both mental and physical. I know, many of you find inspiration in my healthy living... I sometimes cannot fathom how my lack of progress still makes my journey inspirational, and this is a HUGE struggle to me. But I write it out with brutal honesty - all the same - because maybe there is some kernel in it that will help someone, or help me.

I hope you all have an amazing day... For those of you with beautiful unseasonable weather - I sure hope you are able to get out there and enjoy it any way that brings you joy. :lovestruc

D~

I worked at Target while I was in college, the overnights actually. I worked In the back in hard lines so I would take all those boxes you unload and back stock them. I LOVED how physical it was! I'm glad you had a great day, maybe you can talk to them about doing the truck more often?

I know it's tough when you fee like you've hit a plateau and not knowing what exactly needs to change to get you over it. Sometimes you need to just stop and look at the progress you've made so far. Look at pictures of before you started dieting and exercising to realize how far you've come, and this is just a bump in a very long road.

Hi from beautiful, sunny, warm Florida. We're having above average temps, although it was only in the 60's the first 3 days! We stay in a house and it has the warmest pool we've ever had and a hot tub too. We did Universal with our boys who are adults and we all just loved it. We got annual passes for there too since we're coming back next Feb. We're awaiting my daughter's family today and can't wait to get back to Disney. I just wanted to mention to wait on the crown if you can. I just had one redone after it got decay under the crown. It cost $1200 and I haven't had insurance since I retired. I had never thought I would have to have a crown redone but this is the second one. I had a wisdom tooth filled at least 30 years ago that they wanted to put a crown on and I said no I'd have it pulled. So they filled it and I've never had any problem with it. There was an awful story on the news about a cleaner at Art of Animation mopping the floor in the food court and then using the same mop to clean the tables. I guess it was an independent cleaning company but I seriously felt sick after seeing it.

What program did you switch to? I'm always looking for something to spice up my workouts.

You look amazing. You are so much healthier now then when you started this lifelong journey. I think i'm back at the weight that my body likes instead of the 20 pounds lighter that I would love to be.

I'm glad to hear you had a great day at Target yesterday and even got some exercise while working. Good job :D

Sounds like a good idea to go out to run/walk when the weather is so nice.

Here it's going to rain during the weekend. I'm not looking forward to it because I know winter is not over yet so we will get temperatures below freezing point again and that means we'll get a lot of ice if it doesn't rain so much that all the snow on the roads disappears. But I don't think it will rain that much so the roads get snow and ice free.

I grew up on horses - so I understand - anything can spook them. It's good to be cautious, for sure... I would think that the stable you go to though has horses that are pretty well trained and safe for riding outside. :lovestruc
The horses at the stable that we use are called school horses and those horses are well trained and horses that don't get easily scared. The stable is very near the airport so the horses are used to the airplanes that starts and lands close by.

I hope you have a great weekend. I'm going to a town not far from Oslo that is called Lillestrøm this weekend. I'm home again on Sunday.
