Yep....this is how my day is going....

G man's last day of Kindergarten is today....I'm not sure how it went by so fast...I guess time waits on no one :hourglass, but it can slow any time it wants.:)

:thumbsup2 Nice!

I've got a few more.

By the way, are you trying to nemesis Randall while Carl is away?

:lmao: Guess I was feeling a little... RANDY yesterday. :rotfl2:

Let me know when you decide. Maybe we can meet up! :thumbsup2

You sure are getting excited for a non-Disney trip. :)

Funny you should say that, Barry. I woke up this morning thinking, "In less than a week I will be in Orlando!! Woohoo! Wait... no Disney parks this time. :sad1: That's ok... I won't be working and I get to spend time with my family! Woohoo!!! :cool1:"
:rotfl:

Congrats to G man!!
It's good you recognize this time pattern you speak of now and not later! I am now the proud father of an eleven year old who wears size 9 women's shoes and is 5'4" She no longer fits on my lap and she can nearly outrun me. Don't get me started on the other "changes" she is going through. I am NOT ready for all this! :hourglass Stupid Time.

Good morning fellow dads, I woke up around 2 this morning only to discover DD did not close the lid on her hamsters cage all the way so I searched for an hr and set up traps, so hopefully we can find her this afternoon.

Good Luck! :magnify:

6 days to go! :cool1:

Have fun!!!!!!! :cool1:

I can remember that day, time sure flies. Now DS is about to finish grade 7 and is taller than me.

Congrats to the G man!

Tell me about it. My oldest just turned 14 on Sunday and is picking he classes for high school. And my youngest is getting ready for 2nd grade. Seems like yesterday they were in diapers.

How's it going guys trying to get over the post disney blues and I fell way behind. I'm headed to Shaw AFB tomorrow for a few days. Should be interesting. Thank you for all the kind words about the dis meet.

I am a parkhopper, of course my wife and I are both nappers, so we always head back to the resort for a midday break. At that point we just like going to a different park :)

DW and I do the same thing we like to go back to the resort for a little down time. And to get out of the heat of the day.

I'm going through all of the pictures we took as well as memory maker. We have over 1300 photos. And I'm working on a trip report. I'm up to 2k words and that's just through the travel and arrival. Going to be a long report with tons of photos.

‘Morning all…
Lord it’s been a while since I could get the time to drop in over here and say that.
I need to find some method of correcting that.

Found this this morning, think it'll come in really handy for future trips

Sounds very interesting…
Can’t get into it from here, but I’ll be checking it out once I get home.

Thanks guys. Hard to believe it has been that long at times and other times :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

I missed this (among other things)
A Happy (very belated) anniversary to you sir.

I'd like to think if I swam upon a shark, that I would know what to do and remain calm. It would be more likely that my video would end up on AFV or the web for acting crazy.

Might be an investment worth considering

Well just realised I've hit a new Disney low/high depending how you look at it. DD brought home an invitation to a friends Maleficant movie birthday party, DD was excited so I RSVP and her friends mom said I could stay and see the movie or come back after, normally I would relish the slight parenting break but i jump at the opportunity to see the movie.

That one would qualify as a high. :thumbsup2

I'm thinking children's birthday parties are the perfect time to drink. :lmao:

Yup ::yes::
Better still… just when is it a bad time to drink?

Good morning fellow dads, I woke up around 2 this morning only to discover DD did not close the lid on her hamsters cage all the way so I searched for an hr and set up traps, so hopefully we can find her this afternoon.

Hamster Hide-n-seek…
Not near so much fun as taking in a Disney film. :headache:

I hear you... We're finishing up our first year of kindergarten this year with DD as well... Can't believe it...

Deep breath… OK, now then

You think time is moving quickly now?

Afternoon all...

Good on him! Just made me realize that Audrey will complete Senior Kindergarten in June. Yikes.

I've used that app before... but more for planning/research before I go. Once I am there, I get what's available wherever I am... :lmao:

I'm going to use it a lot for planning, mainly there is a hit list of beers I want to try and this will enable me to plan it all out.

Congrats to all you Dads with the little ones finishing kindergarten. It goes by quick. They had a "graduation" for DS when he was in kindergarten  and in the middle of the program he started crying and grabbed his teacher and said "I don't want to graduate!"

Hope it wasn't a glue trap.:duck:

Thank you kind sir, congrats to you as well, DD's school doesn't have graduation (principle believes K is the beginning of their education not the end) or so I was told but it is kind of sad, DDs first year went by so quick! If there is such a thing, I believe DD had the perfect teacher for her and really helped her along, very proud of DD!

Lol no glue traps, I was reading that setting up simi tall boxes with carrots in it with a ramp, could work so at 2am I'm setting up these traps around the house, grumbling Beverley's the whole time lol
