***UPDATE, now open online, June 26, 2012 7am EST Candlelight Processional Package

Thanks for posting it was available online! I stayed on hold on the phone lines just in case something went wrong on the website, but I got everything I needed to for myself and clients! Woohoo!!!!

Thank you. Got it. Wanted Le Cellier for Christmas eve and the ONLY open time was 12 noon. Not perfect but I grabbed it... and I will be happy with that.

The thought of a 60 minute wait on hold was not thrilling me

i checked three different dates mid-december and the only time available for le cellier those days was noon.

THANK YOU THANK YOU, to whoever posted try online again! I was on a 1/2 hour hold on phone, saw that post, ws in front of the computer and got what I wanted! Rose and Crown @ 4:45, for the 8:15 show on Wednesday 11.28! WOOOO HOOOO! :cool1:
THANKS Dis'ers! I am HAPPY DANCING!:banana::banana:

try searching for le cellier with "no preference" as the restaurant. I got 12:45 to show. I'm holding, hoping there are later times, just online won't pop them out.

Was on hold for 20 minutes but got Le Cellier, 12/13 at 12:55pm. The CM said Le Cellier is lunch only this year - strange. Anybody getting Le Cellier dinner for a later show?

LeCellier is lunch only, same as last year

My guess would be that since Le Cellier went from 1 credit all day to 1 for lunch, 2 for dinner a few years back (2 years ago?), that it is only available for the lunch package. If it were available for a dinner package, it would be even more mobbed, as many would use their 2 credits for the processional at a two credit dinner restaurant.

I held on the phone and got the 12:55 for le cellier. She said that was the latest she could find.

Was on hold for about a half hour and we called right at 7. (Even after we got the CP we stayed on to make a ressie at the GF Tea Room, we couldn't find that online). Good luck to everyone else on hold, and major thanks to the DIS'er who gave the heads up about the online coming up!

I was able to get Friday 12/14 at Tutto Italia for the 8:15 show with a dining res at 4:45! :cool1:

Looks like La Hacienda is totally booked for the 8:15 show on Friday 12/14. I was trying for a little later time than 4:45 but I will stick with 4:45.

Thank you, J3nn78, for posting that the online reservation started working.

I didn't even try online after 658am because I just didn't believe that they would be ready.

At first, I tried calling instead of going online and got these recordings.

Redialing since 659am EST and still redialing.

Disney recording says, "Sorry ALL lines are busy now. Will you please try again later."

Well...yes...redial...redial..............redial!

Pause...pause........AT&T operator recording says, "ALL Circuits are busy now.....will you please try your call later."

Isn't the DIS great. Great folks helping each other out.

Here is what I did if you haven't gone online to make an Epcot Candlelight Processional Package before.

Go to the Disney's Walt Disney World website here:

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/

Look along the top row of the page above the Disney Search window.

Click on the link that says, "WHERE TO EAT".

Then scroll down this page until you see the link that says, "DINING EVENTS" and click on that link.

And you will see the page of Walt Disney World Restaurants and Special Dining Events.

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/din...t&fv_222813=on

Then scroll down until you see the information called, "Holidays Around The World - Candlelight Dining Packages". In the bottom left corner, you should see a button to click saying, "BOOK A RESERVATION".

You will see the the link below and this page informtion

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/res...light-dinners/

Location: Varies by Restaurant

Price: Varies by Restaurant (MY NOTE: NO PRICES YET)

Cuisine: Varies by Restaurant

Hours: Varies by Restaurant

Dine Plan: Varies by Restaurant

The MAIN thing to remember, you can look at the restaurant links, but go back to the bottom of this page to book your Epcot Candlelight Processional Packages.

If you clicked on one of the restaurant links, you will only book a regular dining reservation.

So at the bottom of the page, "Make a Reservation:Select an Event Holidays Around The World - Candlelight Dining Packages".

I leave the preference blank so that I can see which restaurants are available.

The main thank that you will notice and you will know that you are on the right page is that after you chose a date, you will see that the time you chose only gives you three choices.

These are the CLP show times of 5pm, 648pm and 815pm.

Chose which show that you want.

And don't forget to pick the number of guests. It shows 2 people. I chose 2 person since I am solo.

Now just click, "SEARCH FOR A TABLE".

Now you will see a screen for all of the available restaurants and times.

At the bottom you will see those restaurants that are not available for that particular show time.

If you don't see what you like go back and chose another one of three show time choices or even another day.

If you do see a restaurnant, choose the time and click the button, "RESERVE".

Put in your information, address, credit card information, etc..

Wait for a new page to pop up with your reservation number, date, time, restaurant.

You're done.

I usually get an email confirmation, too, that I save.

I don't seem to see a place where the specific cost is located. I think that they just put your credit card on file.

Price: Varies by Restaurant
NO PRICE NOTED YET.

But the main page showed price ranges,

Lunch Packages range from $32.99–$55.99 for Guests 10+, and
$12.50–$17.99 for Guests 3–9
Dinner Packages range from $49.99–$66.99 for Guests 10+, and
$14.50–$26.99 for Guests 3–9

Here is the rest of the blog without the photo below.

If you’ve ever visited Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays, you can only imagine the planning that goes into creating the spectacular holiday offerings for each of our four parks. Our cast members are already hard at work planning every detail our guests will enjoy this holiday season – including lining up some wonderful celebrity talent for this year’s Candlelight Processional at Epcot.

If you’re not familiar, the Candlelight Processional is a beloved holiday offering at Epcot that combines seasonal music with a reading of scripture by a celebrity narrator. It will be performed nightly November 23 – December 30, at 5, 6:45 and 8:15 p.m.
I was just given permission to share a sneak peek at the list of celebrities who have already been confirmed to appear in this year’s show. This is only a partial list, so not all dates will be listed. I’ll update the list as additional narrators are confirmed. I’m happy to report that Neil Patrick Harris, a crowd favorite, is back. So is Gary Sinise, who’s a sort of honorary “cast member” for his appearance in the Mission: SPACE pre-show. And of course, new for this year is actress/singer Olivia Newton John.
  • Nov. 23–25: Isabella Rossellini (film/TV star and wildlife conversationalist)
Nov. 26–29: Neil Patrick Harris (Emmy Award-winner, Broadway star and TV host)
Nov. 30–Dec. 1: Whoopi Goldberg (television host, actress and comedian)
Dec. 11–13: Jodi Benson (singer and actress)
Dec. 14–16: Olivia Newton John (singer and actress)
Dec. 20–22: Trace Adkins (Award-Winning Country music artist)
Dec. 23–25: Gary Sinise (actor and musician)
Dec. 29–30: Marlee Matlin (Academy Award-winning actor and TV star)
*As always, narrators are subject to change.
Stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for more narrator announcements.

**********AFTER GETTING MY RESERVATIONS, I STARTED GETTING THIS INFORMATION FROM EVERYONE.

1. Since the CLP started earlier on June 26th, the 180 Day requirement seems to apply this year.
2. Le Cellier Steakhouse only has Lunch choices again with no Dinner and only the 5pm show so far.
3. Some guests did not use the correct online link and didn't notice choices for 3 time slots for the three shows and signed up for regular dining reservations instead.
4. You cannot exchange a regular dining reservation for a CLP package dining event reservation.
5. No cost or price listed for CLP package when booking and credit card to be put on file and not charged, yet. A price range is posted,
Lunch Packages range from $32.99–$55.99 for Guests 10+, and
$12.50–$17.99 for Guests 3–9
Dinner Packages range from $49.99–$66.99 for Guests 10+, and
$14.50–$26.99 for Guests 3–9

Thank you everyone for posting your results. I'm a little tired now.

For those new to this, make sure that you didn't make a "regular" dining reservation.

You will know when you originally put in your time slot, you only saw three show time choices.

If you decided to click on one of the links that took you to a restaurant to look around, you will not see the three show time slot choices.

I updated the title and first post.

Thanks everyone again.

I love online reservations.

Does anyone know if via napoli is on the basic or any dining plan? When I booked it said in small print not a dining plan restaurant. On the main cp page it says all of them are on the dp. When I called I was told no availability for dec 11 there but online after I hung up I was able to book no problem.

Yes, Via Napoli is on the dining plan.

Le Cellier is available on a CP package for lunch only, because dinner is a signature meal.
