Oooh, the villain shop! I've been planning on getting a Disney Tee in January to celebrate all my weight loss and I totally forgot about that option! I'm excited now! I can get my Ursula on!

speaking of little kids saying things that do not sound like the word at all. For about a week i have been hearing out of caleb the bad word that starts with an "s" but apparently he is saying sis which is what he is calling my niece. makes me feel a little better but still a little embarrassed. DH is trying to get him to say bo-bo to which is another nickname for her.
p.s do they handy manny and the tools in the plush form in the parks. they have them online at disney.com but they were not part of the $10 plus black friday sale. they were soo cute but if we can get them there then the boys can pick out which one they want!
They have some Handy Manny stuff, but I don't know exactly what. I think it will be fun for them to pick out their own things in WDW. It's always extra special when you get something in the parks, I think.
Great update! The pictures of the boys volunteering are too funny. We skipped BLT this trip but we did do LMA.

I burst out laughing when I saw Trent and Jarvis doing the Backlot scene! That's awesome!!! They were very convincing in their roles!

We actually went to Penny's at 4:00 am to pick up this years free snowglobe. I wish they would quit giving them out, so I wouldn't have to get up so early! My family thinks I'm nuts, but I keep telling them I have to go because they're dated and once you start you have to get every year

Then we drove over to the outlet mall in St. Augustine and got some good buys at the Disney Character Outlet. Boy am I tired!
Jill and I went out for the snowglobes a time or two, even though I hate snowglobes.
My only Black Friday buys were a long sleeve Grumpy shirt and a Mickey hoodie sweatshirt. Total $ 25.00 on Disney.com I could not resist. After seeing the sweatshirt prices in Oct. when that cold snap came through I thought I better get some cool weather items for the end of year!
Long-sleeved Disney shirts are great.
I've been checking out some 'make-your-own' ones on Disney Shopping, but so far, I'm just looking.

so cute! my nephew (on my mom's side - the ones i don't see very often) noah LOVES woody. last year i told him that i had met woody and i said, "and do you know what he did? he kissed my hand!!!" his little eyes got so big. then i said, "and i have a picture of it." and he paused, thought about it and then said, "well, aunt dawn, you're just gonna have to bring that with you to show me next time, aren't ya?" he's only 4 so that coming out of his mouth was so cute!

Great updates! We stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter once and liked it! I love the boat ride.
I showed my DD24 (DD25 next week) the pictures of Trent and she says "I've got to meet this guy", that was after she stopped cracking up! He's almost as big a ham as she is!
We enjoyed our POFQ stay in October. It is a pretty place.
I hope she does get to meet Trent. She may be sorry, but at least she'll know for herself!

I LOVE POFQ! Thank you for the pics MeMom! And for helping me see all that I have to be thankful for. I often times forget that I have so much and focus on what I don't have. Thank you for putting it into perspective for me, once again.
I think we are all guilty of not being appreciative enough of just normal days, so it's nice to have times that remind us of all the trouble-free times we do have.

Yeah, I gave Jarvis a bunch of pictures so that he could show his family. I know he would love to take some of them down there sometime.
The pain with the walking was not fun, but I don't remember it hurting so badly when I look at those particular pictures, so I guess it was bearable that day. When I look at the Hollywood Studios walk from earlier in the trip, I can
feel the pain! I think that might have been the worst of the whole trip.
Love the pics of Trent and Jarvis from the Backlot Tour! The pic of them talking to the CM before..Jarvis' face is like, "We're going to do WHAT?!"

MeMom, thank you for your wonderful Thanksgiving thoughts, even it I'm a day (I guess two) late in reading them. It was well said and reminded me of many things for which I often forget to be thankful.
We're eating my birthday dinner at O'hanas.
It is becoming a nice, albeit unintentional, tradition, as it was where we ate on my birthday the last time we were at WDW (4 years ago). I didn't really care where we ate, so long as we were at Disney.
I suspect you'll be up soon, probably as I am getting ready to finally head for bed. A water pipe burst in our front yard tonight; my husband and I just got done doing some midnight gardening to pull up many of the plants that I've been working hard to get INTO the ground this past year.
The very nice man from the water department tells me they will try to be kind to the red bud tree that is less than a foot away from the break, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm just thankful that it was a break on the City's side, not mine and figure it if digging up some plants at midnight is the worst I have to deal with this weekend, I have it pretty darn good.
