I couldn't get anything for T'Giving either...had to call and got connected right away. For stay 11/23 - 28 at Contemporary...

11/24 B'fast - Kona Cafe (Wanted CM or Ohana...nothing. I thought this would be more of an "outing" than dining at Contempo or the Wave. It's DS's 3rd birthday that day.)
11/24 Dinner - Hollywood Brown Derby
11/25 B'fast - Crystal Palace
11/25 Lunch - LTT
11/26 Thanksgiving Dinner - Trail's End
11/27 Lunch - Crystal Palace
11/27 Dinner - LTT
11/28 B'fast - Chef Mickey's  This was the ONLY thing I could book at CM's for our entire stay...and this is the day we check-out. Whew....

I was very happy to get all the ADRs I wanted:

Hey, see-ya at the Crystal Palace!! I booked this one as a last minute |decision. It was late Saturday morning and I thought "Hey, I should try to go eat there." Lo and behold, we have a breakfast ADR:)

Online at 4:45am CST this morning for a party of 7 and got pretty much everything I wanted (within 15-30 minutes of planned time) except absolutely nothing for Thanksgiving.

I am to wondering about this. I check in on the 25th and my 90 days is Thursday. I was wondering how she got ADR's starting on the 27th. Thanks!:confused3

Are you using your 90+10 option for staying onsite?

Mnie is thursday as well. The 90+10 means that 90 days from your arrival date you can make ressies for that day plus the next ten. It doesn't mean that you get to make ressies 100 days from checkin. It would not change your first day to make ADR's. it would only mean you would have to call back daily after that if you are not staying onsite.

Are you using your 90+10 option for staying onsite?

Yes that means that I check in on the 25th of Nov. so I can call Thursday and book starting the 25th plus 10 day from that date. Is that correct? I was wondering about hers b/c her ADR's start on the 27th of Nov. and run thorugh Dec. just wondering how she got them so soon. Thanks!

Going 11/12-11/19, no problem getting ADR's online (called for T Rex)

11/12- T Rex (d)
11/13- Tusker House (b), Ohana (d)
11/14- Liberty Tree Tavern (l)
11/15- Le Cellier (l)
11/16- Sci Fi (d)
11/18- Chef Mickey's (b)

79 days and counting until my family's 1st trip to WDW! :yay:

At 6am, :surfweb:I was on the computer and got almost everything we wanted as 1st choice, however...
Thanksgiving resies can't be booked at all online (had an idea of that thanks to the Dis!)

At 7am, when I called, the CM said they have to go through a different system to book holiday resies themselves. Also, I couldn't get 1900 Park Fare dinner with Cindy, Prince, step-sis/mom. DD was a little sad.

I tried to for that dinner 11/22-28, but no luck. I'll try back closer to our trip. The funny think was, Cindy's Royal Table was available! I just put it in the computer as an after thought thinking it was a total shot in the dark. I don't know how many trips I spent trying to get into that place. The last time we were there during the 1st week in Dec (not even a popular time) and still only got in for lunch. That was our first time and the food was yucky. :sad2:

We'll give it another try this time. We hear breakfast is a little better. Who am I kidding though, when you've got a DD who's 5, she doesn't care what she's eating as long as its in the castle. princess:

We love the Candlelight Processional and usually book the dining package to ensure we get a seat at a performance. Beware, when I called yesterday, they told me it was going to cost 2 table services! I decided not to do it. Today I noticed DIS posted some info on this. I noticed that the cost for those dinners went up significantly too.

I'll just have to stand in line with all the other cheap-o's like myself. :)

Nov 7-14

Dinners only:
Jiko
Cali Grill
Ohana
Coral Reef
Hollywood and Vine Fantamic (hoping for Mama Melrose, but no availability)

We ate at the Castle for breakfast last year and really enjoyed the food. We will be back aain this year.

For our dates, November 12-15, we booked Sci Fi, Le Cellier for lunch and Coral Reef for dinner, Boma and Crystal Palace. Got what we wanted on the first day we could book, but prefer to have lunch at Coral Reef and dinner at Le Cellier. I keep checking but no opening so far.

I'm new to this ultra planning WDW-mode and you people are scaring the beejezus out of me about Thanksgiving food. :( We arrive on Thanksgiving, so my ADR day is Friday morning.

Any decent ideas about where to try for thanksgiving. Need lunch and dinner. :(

Is Olivia's any good? Saw on last year's menu that they have Thanksgiving food there and not too many people have mentioned it.

HELP! :)

Just made mine this morning for our trip 11/24-11/29! Got everything that I wanted other than Yak & Yeti dinner on AK EMH night...:confused3 Oh well, I cared least about that one anyway!!

Garden Grove Character Dinner
Thanksgiving: Captain's Grill around lunchtime
Candlelight Processional Package @ Garden Grill
Crystal Palace Character Breakfast @ 8am
SciFi dinner
Whispering Canyon Cafe breakfast

Woohoo!:yay:

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall (L)
Boma
Wolfgange Puck Cafe
Chef Mickey's
Le Cellier

We had to move a few around - mostly to later in the stay since things are booking up quickly, but got everything we wanted!!

Just had to change our ressie from Sept to Nov.

POR Nov 14-20

The good thing is that I got all the ADRs the kids wanted!

Chef Mickey's
Tusker House
Hollywood and Vine
Epcot Princess breakfast
Crystal Palace
1900 Park Fare dinner

We are a GG of 15 people and I made all of our reservations this morning. Here's what we got:

Wed 11/25-Crystal Palace 10:25am breakfast
Thurs 11/26-Boma 5:25 dinner (wanted Ohanas...but nothing available:sad2:)
Fri 11/27-50's Prime Time 11:20 lunch
Sat 11/28-Chef Mickey's 5:20 dinner

Pretty happy with everything, considering how many people we have. I'm going to keep trying for Ohanas. We ate at Boma 2 years ago at Thanksgiving and it was great, but just wanted to try someplace different. I will say that I am pleasantly surprised that we were able to get CM after reading that so many others couldn't. Good luck to everyone!
