Hi gang,
Whats doing?? I have a 100 question test on friday,so i have to do a ton of studing. We have a test every friday until november, If you fail more than 3 your dropped from the program. Other than that i'm good. Dw knows i be in class thru nov, but she asked me tonight if she and ds can go to wdw for the end of aug. I told her she did not to ask me, but i had no problems with her going. However this is the first time i might not be able to go to wdw with them. I told her if she went in aug, i expected a trip after the FDNY academy.

Man, you are such a nice guy. Sean would NEVER let me take Jul down. He doesn't want to go and doesn't think I should go. I would love to go for mnsshp tiny trip but no way. So basically, he wants me to wait for when HE wants to go. Fun.

Hi, Gang!

We're getting ready to head out for the day. Today we're going to Fort Wilderness to take some pictures. When we return with the family in the fall, the kids are planning on camping and wanted to see some pictures of the area, including a special request from Shannan for pictures of the pool! We also planning on visiting the Wilderness Lodge for a little while, and then heading back here to our room for a nap so that we can spend a late evening at Downtown Disney.

We're in room 3137, which is on the end of one of the 50's building wings. We're right next to the lake, and can see it when we look out the window. It's a bit noisy, though, because of all the ducks!

Our room is in excellent condition. The carpet was cleaned just before we came in, and was still a bit damp!

We're still deciding whether or not we want to spend tomorrow going to parks. One day is a really short time, even though our dinner isn't until 9:50 PM (at Narcoosee's). We'll wait until we figure out what the weather will be like. We also would like to play a round of golf at Fantasia Gardens, so we may choose to do that instead.

Well, we've got to grab something to eat and then head out. I'll check in again later!

Beth--Thanks so much for posting! I'm serious hoping I don't regret choosing Poly over Pop this trip. It'll be our 5th and I got that 40% off thing so I figured now or never kind of thing. Keep posting about your happenings...I like dreaming I'm there through your stories!

I have heard quite a few times about a 40% thing. Where did it come from? Was it like a Disney Visa thing? Just curious.

Yes, but it seems to be they target certain people. It's pretty wierd how it's done, some people will get them all the time and some people will never get them.

Beth--Thanks again for posting...do you guys have APs or are you just buying 1-day tix?

Julsmom--It was a postcard thing that my DH got in the mail. I think its because HE hasn't booked a vacation in 5 years. I do all the vacation booking, but he booked our honeymoon. I theorize its for people who haven't been there in a while to get them to come back.

We can make our ADRs on Monday! Oh, and get this...my parents want to pay me to stay home for a week so I can unpack...isn't that cool! (I'm out of vacation). I told them I'd be willing to do that more than a week.
