These slides held up quite well! My mother still talks about seeing bears at Yellowstone when we were there in 1966 but I only remember the extensive "locking trash cans" at the campground we stayed at. Wonder where our slides are?
Probably where the WDW slides are......A year or so ago I asked my mom about all the slides my dad took with his Nikon of their trips to WDW in the early 80s with my younger siblings and she thinks they got lost in their retirement move. I did manage to track down a few. She decided to take several important pictures from all her stash and get them made into a narrated family CD last year.
And the 1000s of slides of his year in Korea while I was a baby.... I do remember seeing some of those a few times. Lots of mud, yellow and drab landscape!
