I have made them myself, tried them all over, and the best chicken fingers I have found are at Whataburger - it's also the general consensus among my friends (no, we have no life). I LOVE THEM - no fat and stringy icky stuff on them, crunchy, with lots of flavorful breading.

They're so good, and fattening, that I'm having them for dinner tonight ;)

The only ones that I've found close to them are at Backyard Burger.

Where are your fave chicken strips found?

I like Arby's chicken strips the best, a close second would be McDonald's chicken selects. IMO

I like Chili's, but I'm glad you said Whataburger because they are building one not too far from me and I've never been to one before. So the first thing I will try will be chicken fingers! :earboy2:

This is going to sound insane, but my favorites are the ones in the Target snack stands. (Weird, but true.)

I like the ones at Planet Hollywood (don't know if they still make them). The coating is made with some cereal and they sure are yummy! Anyone remember what type of cereal? I want to say Captain Crunch--but somehow that does not seem right.

I like McDonald's Chicken Selects.

But I don't usually eat chicken at fast food places. If you are talking about chain restuarants, don't eat the chicken fingers at TGI Friday's. Mushy. Houlihan's had the best, but they aren't around anymore. Ruby Tuesday's are very good.

I love the ones from KFC. But the best ones I've gotta say are at Claim Jumper...mmmmmm

I like them from Applebee's - and their Buffalo sauce (and I'm a Buffalo girl) is to die for! I'm salivating just thinking about it.

I don't like any of the fast food chain ones, but thankfully, the Publix deli makes awesome chicken fingers.

We have a local chain called Raisin' Cane's Chicken Fingers. That is all they serve...chicken fingers, fries, texas toast, and cole slaw. It is served with the best sauce in the world! They really are the best chicken fingers I have ever had.

I vote for Cain's also!! They just put one in here and I agree, they are the best chicken fingers in the world. DS (8) only eats chicken, no red meat and even he says Cain's are the best and he should know, he's had them from everywhere imagineable. And the sauce.........well don't get me started on the sauce - WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know where this chain started but I sure am glad they built one right across the highway from me. YUM YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Texas Roadhouse has the best chicken fingers in my opinion.

I vote Cheddar's. Love the salad with chicken finger on top and honey mustard dressing.

I like Raisin' Cane's Chicken Fingers, they are very good. They advertise that they use fresh chicken and I think that is the big difference. They aren't all breading.

My girls like the Chicken Fingers at Babe's (another DFW local restaurant) better but I've not had them as much. I'm sure they also use fresh chicken.
