Back doctor didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. Sending me for an injection first; if that doesn't work I'll be looking at surgery. Sure am having a dilemma! I booked a solo trip for the Flower and Garden Festival March 25-30; now I'm unsure. Should I try to schedule appointments around those dates or just cancel and get this taken care of.

Echo Lake is the area.

On I hope you don’t need surgery. I would try injections first. Walking around Disney might be tough on your back. I know mine hurts a lot if I do a lot of walking.

Here's the recipe...I rolled a longer piece for head part then, for ears, the 8" or so piece, loop it around the top side of head circle and knot, then repeat for other side. It's pretty tricky getting it off sheet to poach...which is why it's a little "wonky", but a long metal spatula for ears and hand for head works. When I cover to rise I put wax paper that has been sprayed with Pam on first and then cover with a towel.

Give Emily the recipe so she can make some for the kids! Katie used to walk around with a Mickey pretzel our entire trips! She loved those things! The "taste" will depend on the pizza dough you use but it would be fun for them to have Mickey shaped pretzels at home!

You'll be proud of me Diane...I'm actually watching HOCKEY this evening! Have the USA vs Canada Championship game on now! And a little delayed with a long phone call from Allie with questions about the doctor visit. Surgery will happen, just hope we can delay it a few years. I love this guy...he walked in and said "your lower back is a mess" ...that's the kind of "doctor talk" I can understand! I don't have a lot of problem with "just walking"; it's "activities" (the motion of vacuuming or raking leaves or pushing/carrying heavy items) that effect me. I use a lot of BioFreeze and Blue-Emu pain relief! I'll see what the nerve specialist says, hopefully I can get an appointment next week for a consultation and go from there.

I KNOW...to lose in OT sucks anytime! Fun game to watch though! It's almost as "hard" to watch hockey as it is to watch professional soccer ; they move SO FAST!
