What time does the Skyliner start?

I'm staying at Boardwalk for my upcoming trip. If Epcot and Studios are opening to the public at 8:30 - so 8:00 for resort guests - would it be running early enough to catch it from IG to Riviera for a 7:30 Topolino's breakfast?

The Skyliner starts running from resorts to Epcot about one hour before ETPE starts, so about 7:00 AM for 8:00 ETPE. I’ve read that guests with early ADRs at Topolino’s are allowed to ride the Skyliner there from the IG (even if guests traveling to DHS aren’t allowed yet). So if you’re at the IG station before 7:00, you can probably board when it starts running. If so, you should have time to ride to RIV and walk to the restaurant.

Can you clarify what you mean about guests traveling to DHS aren't allowed yet?
I'm staying at BC, will I not be able to take the Skyliner from IG to HS for Early Entry?

Sorry for being confusing. You’ll be able to ride the Skyliner from IG to CBR and then to DHS if it’s running in time for ETPE.

My comment really referred to the past, when the parks opened at different times. Sometimes the Skyliner would be running to transport guests to a given park, but guests going the other direction were not allowed to board because the park at the other end was not open yet. In that situation, guests who had ADRs in restaurants served by that Skyliner route were allowed to board.

Gotcha! Thanks for clarifying :)

Don’t want to tell you what to do but keep in mind, you have to board the HS line in the Trinidad station along with people from Pop, Art , Riviera and Caribbean beach. That line services four resorts. You may wait in a pretty long cue.
I would walk or take a boat but it’s up to you.
