It's my son's birthday tomorrow, but I'm making his dinner tonight. 5 pounds of spicy Korean bbq chicken, 1 pound of regular bulgogi, Korean glass noodle salad, rice, kimchi, cucumber salad. I used to spend time making sooo many little side dishes (banchan) and fermenting my own kimchi, but I'm the only one who cares, so I skipped all that. This is for only 4 people, but my son asked for LOTS of leftover chicken so he could eat it all week.
