I made potato leek soup tonight and added ham. We had crusty bread with it. Quick and easy!TOnight I made leek/potato soup with mushrooms and a bit of bacon. Leftover roast chicken on the side for anyone who wanted to add it to the soup. I also rolled some cheddar cheese into the Pillsbury crescent rolls, for something different. I'd never made potato leek soup before, and it came out pretty good!
