Yep, I found it, Post #9195
So what did you do?
I haven't tried it yet, bc I was waiting for DH to spend the 1st $500 fot the month in fuel to get the CB on that. I just upgraded to this card so I wasn't sure if he needed to do that 1st before I used it at sams. I'm going to try this weekend. Also I'm mad at myself for not jumping on RMN yesterday with the Shopdisney when it was 10%. Hopefully that will come back while paypal is still Discover's option.

Not DGC related, but savings related. This is my states "tax free" weekend on clothes and school supplies. I know here, lots of things you wouldn't think of like diapers were included. Just a heads up to check your state if this is something that might be helpful to you.

On that note, I'm a little sad that my oldest is now old enough his list doesn't include crayons for the 1st time. They have been replaced by a calculator :sad1: I'm not ok with that.

Sam’s Club Membership Chase Offer: Get $10 Back On $45+ Membership
Payment must be made directly with the merchant.
Offer valid one time only.
Offer valid on Sam’s Club membership only.
Expires 9/11/22

This is a great offer because it looks like it’s valid for both new and renewing Sam’s Club memberships.
  • Offer should be stackable for new memberships.
    • First, link your payment card in the Dosh app as they’re likely giving cashback on a Sam’s Club membership purchase $10
    • Next, click through to Sam’s Club from a shopping portal to earn cashback on a membership purchase – here are the current rates.
    • Once you’ve clicked through, copy and paste this link into your browser and buy the membership from that deal as it gives $45 back after your first in-club purchase, effectively giving you a refund of the $45 membership fee.
:thumbsup2 GC Galore

Do you know anything about folks reporting it is a one time offer on Chase? I did Shop
Disney offer several months ago across a few cards and got the cash back.

I have the offer again across same cards do you think it will still work? thanks

You must be in Texas. :)

In FL we have a number of Tax free "holidays" at different times of the year... Appliances - Energy Star (July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023), Disaster Preparedness (May 28, June 10, 2022), Back-to-School (July 25-August 7, 2022), Tools (September 3-9, 2022), Freedom (July 1-July 7, 2022)....

One good thing is Amazon is pretty good at picking up on these tax free periods and apply these tax saving to the proper categories for accounts in those qualifying locations, so it's not just a local thing.

I bought a Generator and some Emergency Prep stuff all on Amazon a few months ago.... much cheaper than Home Depot was, plus the Amazon Prime Card 5% discount, and the tax savings. But back-to-school - that might be hard to beat on Amazon.

This is the only current offer I'm aware of which I posted here and here on the main pages. The expiration is key to whether you can use it.
If you did not use this offer before, you can use it.
Sometimes Chase leaves the offer on your account even after you've used it which can be confusing. Unfortunately, RMN is down to 5%, it was 10% these past couple of days. Personally, I would wait to see if it goes back up unless you're in a pickle.

They don't have any gift card offers if that's what you mean. If they did, I would have posted it here and on the main page.

Yes! Just scored $5 with paypal and Rakuten and $5 with Chase on a $100 Disney gift card. I picked up another two with Chase $5 on $50 (paypal not linked on these). Scored $22.50!

I also questioned if it would work again and it did for me. Got the Chase notification on all of them almost immediately.

Edit to add Rakuten-brain cramp!

I stopped by our Office Depot after work to get two Disney gift cards, one on each Chase card I have with the 10% offer. They would only let me buy one, is that normal? Said it was company policy that if you buy multiple gift cards it has to be one one transaction. So I have to go back to get the second one later.
