Does anyone know what a typical discount is for the Military rate at Royal Pacific? Or, do they ever have a senior discount?

the loews universal hotels do not honor the AARP discount.
they do have the military discount (MIL)

call them for the MIL discount as it is not listed on the booking site online, only packages are listed.

online packages for military:

The military discount is about the same as the annual passholder discount. I paid $174 a night at the Royal Pacific on a military discount, which I think is the same at the APH.

Hi! Do you mind me asking what month you were able to get that rate? Hoping to get something like that for my trip next July. Also, can you tell me how far ahead you were able to book with a military discount? Thank you!

Loews hotels do have a senior discount/ SEN, but their hotels at the darkside are not included for SEN.

I got that military rate in August 2012, and I book 6 months ahead of time. I bought an annual pass this year, and could have booked the RPR for the same rate in October, but I sat on it for too long and all of the standard view rooms sold out for my dates. Staying at the PBH for a great APH rate, booked about 2 months out.

It's worth it to buy the AP for the hotel discount.

Is the military rate just for active duty, or can it be reserves or retired?

Thanks

I'm not sure, you'd have to check out the specifics on their page, or call them. We're active duty, so we qualify for every discount everywhere.
