trouble adding payment method

I was trying to add a new credit card to my account and it looks like it starts to load the area that will accept my new information and then it kicks me to the, "this page is temporarily unavailable" screen. I was in the area where I can pay on my annual dues and selected new card. Has anyone run in to this problem before?

I just tried on the same screen since I recently removed my old card and hadn't added my new card yet. It seemed to work for me, but I didn't actually click Submit Payment since my dues are paid off. If the error happened after you tried to submit the payment, I wasn't able to go that far.
