Our contract -- BLT 210 pts -- $114 - offer accepted 5/14/15; passed ROFR around 6/22/15 and we closed 8/29/15. Not a great timeline -- seller was in foreclosure so there were some delays at that end.

I emailed *** about an update and she said we should have the closing docs sometime this or next week.
Our contract says we should close by 11/9/15 so hopefully we're still on track for that date, I'm crossing my fingers. I want to book our stay for the Star Wars Dark Side race weekend in April and we're way past the 7 month window so my anxiety is high! Race weekends are usually crazy packed so I'm worried.

if you are using MVTservice.com then it has to be mailed if paying by check. if you financed you might be able to fax it to them.

Ugh, that's a pain. Was hoping email would be okay, as it has been for everything so far, although I guess that wasn't directly to *** but the TS store.
We're in the U.K. so in not sure how long it takes for post to arrive in the U.S. from us these days!

Had an email back from *** today and email copies of docs were fine, originals not required.
So just waiting for funds to clear and buyers docs now and hoping we can close before the projected 8th Dec.

I see that you passed ROFR in 12 days ................. I am at 22 days and counting. What was your contract ? Mine is SSR 175@$86 with 135 banked to expire in June, 0/15, 175/16

The broker is notified first, unless the closing agent was already assigned and copied on the waiver request sent to DVC.

We made it through ROFR much quicker than I expected. Now off to estoppel!
