The HUB is the CM website. There is all sorts of info on it (park hours, work schedule, ect).

The Hub is an internal intranet website utilized by Cast Members and Employees of The Walt Disney Company and Affiliated Companies.

As much of the information on The Hub is internal to The Walt Disney Company and Affiliated Companies, it is not possible to publically discuss most of it's features. Suffice it to say that Cast Members and Employees are able to view various information regarding the responsibilities of their position within the Company, as well as various Cast Member- and Employee-only offerings.

Information about The Hub and how a Cast Member or Employee can use it to aid in their work will be communicated to all new Cast Members and Employees, including Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort College, International and CareerStart Programme Participants, during the Check In and Onboarding process.

But the search bar stinks. Once you get here... I highly recomend just playing on your own because there are a lot of cool things I came across that no one really trains/mentions. It's a learning process... much like a college's website.

how it works? It's one of the most user-unfriendly websites I've ever seen. Slow, and sometimes buggy, and it can be difficult to find what you're looking for. Other than that, it works wonderfully.
