One is green and minty.

One is brown and kind of sweet

The other is reddish and may have chopped onions in it.

Not talking about raita. :)

was the reddish one spicy at all? If so, it's probably some kind of curry. I was also going to suggest peanut sauce, but I think that's more thai food.
 
Mango chutney is a brown/caramel colour and sweet :)

Mint Chutney also called mint raita ( there is cucumber raita as well)
Mango Chutney
Sweet Onion Relish or chutney

Spicey and sour could be lime pickle

I have recipes for mint and mango but not the onion relish
