I’ll be here until Tuesday evening and am having a great time. I’ve met a number of cool/interesting people.
Two things of particular note:
1. Yesterday I dropped in to Caffe Reggio, my favorite NYC cafe… and also the first cafe in America to serve cappuccino. I remembered the waitress from my visit here last year. When I said hello to her, she remembered me too. That was nice… and she also spotted me a free pot of tea .
2. I dropped by Alicia Keys’ recording studio at noon. That was a blast. One of their consoles was purchased from Abbey Road and is believed to be the same one used to record Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon.
