There will be people in the park when you get there but it may still be beneficial because there will be less people there that early than later in the day. That being said, if you don’t want to rope drop than try to stay til closing. The parks are emptier late in the evening too.
Yes but you will be held in the hub area by the castle until almost regular opening time. The onsite guests and guests with early dining reservations will be able to proceed to the Castle or into tomorrow land. There will be CMs checking guests.
You can still get there early and be in the park right at park open. It’s still worth doing imo. On-site guests only get a 30 min head start which isn’t as good of a benefit as it once was.
We early entered rope dropped for Epcot to ride guardians and still waited about an hour … likewise we did the same at studios and knocked out RRC, TOT, and Runaway RR in less than 40 minutes
