Forever lurker - first time poster.
We just sold our BCV membership at $130/point with 0/23, 147/24, 214/25 and on. I do not know the seller's closing costs. I am not listing for inclusion on sheet, but just a reference point.

We are using the proceeds to purchase at Hilton Head to be able to take advantage of the 7 month window.

I hit 815. Realized those dues are going to slap me hard, so I sold a small 70-pointer just to make my mind pretend I lowered my dues.

I was getting anxious about this one with all the passes in July. I contacted broker yesterday PM to see if they knew of any hold up if seller had to resubmit any further information. They told me no contact from Disney about any problems. I asked if they would contact Disney to inquire about the contract and they said they would . Received pass email this AM. ? coincidence?

I removed part of your post just to be sure it wasn’t a violation to the filter since some of the sites thst do what you suggest can not be discussed.

People can certainly share brokers as long as they post the link!
