I got this one but I'm not so confident that it will pass ROFR. Such a good price for a small contract.I hope a Disboarder got that 60pt AKV listed on https://www.fidelityrealestate.com/ this morning, $95 with some 2024 points was a steal, I enquired about it as UY was showing as Janturns out it was Aug and no good for me

I get it as a recent seller, but with a DVC contract…don’t price it at a price you aren’t willing to accept. If you price low, that’s on you. If you are getting low bids, of course take time to consider them all. But full price? Should be first offer.
You know I think you are fantastic, but on this one I don’t have an issue with a seller waiting a day to review all offers. It’s just additional price discovery and means that more people get to view the listing.

Very conflicted about VGF prices starting to come back to reality… I’d like to buy more VGF, but also don’t like seeing my points worth less lol….
The data shows a significant imbalance in use years so I don’t think it’s a problem for them to change the use year however I think some use years are probably in disneys favor and they push those.
