Looks like the latest sent date we've seen pass ROFR is 6/6. We sent ours on 6/14, and despite telling myself that I'm not getting anxious this time about our add-on contract, I am getting a teensy bit antsy now at the 3 1/2 week point. It just seems very quiet. Maybe because of the holiday weekend?

I thought the same too when I first put my offer in but as time went by I got more and more anxious LOL

For my BLT contract I waited 32 days. Everyone kept posting they passed and I kept waiting. purchasing DVC has tested my patience in many levels

Yayyyy, congratulations!! We are almost considering VGC just so we can have a chance at booking for any of the West Coast races, lol.

I am getting so very anxious about our VWL contract that was sent on June 17. There are pretty much no more VWL contracts out there at this point and it looks like we will hear any day now! I'm not too concerned, but maybe they are going to start taking them back in advance of the construction there...

Thank you! Looks like people up until about June 15th got new today, so hopefully you will hear next week! We are west coast people and love the Grand Californian, so we are thrilled to be owners there!

Our agent told us to expect 30 days for ROFR. We are now waiting for estoppel; agent said it should take two to three weeks at best. Our first contract, although my brother has had BWV since 2007.
