Regal palms - Anyone Got Info On Their Shuttle Bus ?

Hi We are staying at Regal Palms next Feb.

Just wondered if anyone could give me any information on the complementary shuttles to the Disney Parks ie; how early do they depart, how many, how often, how long is the journey, how crowded, how convenient etc. ????

How long does it take to get to these Parks by car ?

Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

but by car, you're 10-15 minutes to the parking lots at WDW.

There are lights at the RegaL Palms/Highlands Reserve development...so you won't have to worry about making a left turn onto HWY 27..if you go that way

You could scoot down the 27 (taking a right at your lights) and hit the I4 to WDW too, but I have a feeling traffic might be a little heavier this way... than doing the 27-192-Sherbeth Road

Hi - We are also staying here in Feb.. We liked it so much last June that we booked it again.

You can probably do a search for "regal palms" to find out some other info from other posts. I'm not sure about a shuttle bus.

It is located a little further from Disney than some other resorts. It is actually at the end of 192 where it merges to Rt. 27 (I think that's what it's called.) It is probably about 15 minutes to Disney property if you take the back exit by Sherbeth Road. This drops you off pretty much right near AK.
Since it is a bit further, I think you might want to consider renting a car. That way you can come and go when you please and not spend a lot of time waiting for a shuttle bus. Just my opinion, though.

The owner we are renting through for our trip to the Regal Palms in late Jan-Early Feb has listed on his website that the "complimentary shuttle runs 2 trips in the morning and 2 trips in the evening, to Disney, Seaworld, and Universal 7 days a week (subject to availability)" The shuttle bus we saw this past January was a good 15-20 seater if it is the same shuttle bus.
It took us last January/February about 15 minutes to get to Disney.

We didn't use their shuttles...they actually hadn't started that service when we were there in late January '05.
Hope you have a great time in February, early Feb or late Feb?
