Hangtown Fry.
An omelet made with eggs, bacon and oysters. It goes back to the mid 1800's. It was a traditional meal of a Gold Miner who had struck it rich and ordered a mean with the most expensive ingredients that were readily available. Bacon and oysters topping the list.
