Which cafe is the better? DTD or AK?

I have eaten at both of them several times and have no preference. Had lunch at DTD in December and lunch at AK in February and don't recall anything standing out to me at either location.

I've eaten at both and found them to be the same in food, service, and atmosphere. The only thing we factor in is which location works with our plans for the day.

We make RFC a part of every trip, but have to go with AK location. The only time we ate at DTD it left a bad impression on us - I honestly don't recall why as it was about 8 years back.

The AK location makes for a nice break from the heat of the park. We love browsing the store and have never gone wrong with ordering the basic burger or pasta there.
We'll also do AK RFC for breakfast every so often - DS loves their version of Tonga Toast. It's not at all like that you'll find at Kona Cafe, but that's fine with him as he's not a fan fo bananas and RFC's version doesn't put them inside the toast.

The service was better and it was less crowded at the AK location for us.

They still serve breakfast at RFC - the reservation system pulled up an 8:45am one for me.

As far as the quality and experience, without repeating what I said about it below, we think it's very good.
